Description
This B&B was born almost by chance, in fact initially this new renovation was nothing more than our new home. However, during the demolition of the debris from the 40s/50s, these wonderful granite stones, often carved by the hands of my Father and my Grandfather who built this house in those years, emerged. So, I thought of sharing this marvelous emotion with the guests who will come to visit us.
The imperfections that inhabit this B&B are intentional and unintentional, as many works have been personally designed and executed. These "defects" are actually virtues for me, which tell my little self-taught story, immersing myself in the various artisanal categories that characterize and enhance the Italian people.
The walnut tree by the window is an Italian walnut tree planted in the 50s. It serves as an ornament and company when we sit on the terrace in the summer, enjoying the typical Valsabbina breeze that descends from the valley in the morning and returns in the evening.

Roè volciano is a small village near the Lake Garda, less famous than many other countries in the Valtenesi area but no less important.
The strategic position is the fact that it's not so hectic during the summer and for those who live there and healthy eating, guests can plan all kinds of plans.
A day at the beach (3 km to Salò), a trip into town (300 meters of the freeway entrance and in 20 minutes you are in town), trip to Gardaland, Movieland Canewa, etc (20 km entrance 4 Brescia est), a mountain trip (an hour and a half has over 1800 mt (Passo Croce Domini).
In addition, our b&b is located 200 metres from the shops of greater importance (shopping mall), 500 meters from the exit of the tangenziale Brescia/hydro, 4 Km from the town of Salò, 4 km from Salò 's public beach, 30 Km from the trade fair centre in Montichiari, 28 Km from the city of Brescia, 90 km from Madonna di Campiglio.

There are no bedside lamps to read in bed, the wifi probably exists but does not work, the shower is barely warm in the morning, and the breakfast is based on very poor products.

Situata in posizione strategica praticamente sopra Salò.
Check in agile e veloce.
Camera bella e pulita.
Colazione buona e varia.
Zona comune molto carina e pulita.
Il gestore Roberto e sua moglie sono gentilissimi.
Ottima la possibilità di cenare alla loro trattoria (distante 3 minuti a piedi) dove abbiamo apprezzato piatti locali buonissimi.

Stupendo B&B tranquillo, gestori ospitali e cordiali, camera molto confortevole, una Jacuzzi fa da ciliegina sulla torta, capodanno indimenticabile, grazie Roberto siamo stati molto bene, influenza a parte.

Il B&B è molto carino, arredato con gusto ed attenzione ai particolari.
Le due camere sono entrambe molto belle e dotate di terrazzino e la pulizia è ottima.
La sala sala colazioni è sempre aperta e offre acqua, tè, caffè, etc a qualsiasi ora.
I proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili e che amano quello che fanno..e si nota! Ci torneremo di sicuro perché ci siamo sentiti a casa!

Grazie Davide per la sua recensione mi permetto a difesa della nostra colazione di farle notare che essendo fruibile h24 non possiamo offrire prodotti Non confezionati che sicuramente darebbero una nota diversa ma uno spreco maggiore senza considerare le procedure haccp da rispettare. Pertanto offrire The, caffè, latte, yogurt, succhi di frutta, fette biscottate, marmellate, nutella, acqua naturale e gasata, cereali, sneck di vari tipi, barrette multicereali, brioche vuote, cioccolato, marmellata, il tutto compreso nel prezzo ci sembra sufficiente. Ogni critica è ben accetta purché sia costruttiva e ci dia indicazioni tali da migliorarci. Se ci avesse esposto un idea sicuramente avremmo cercato di attuarla. Cordialmente Roberto.

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Pasqua in questa struttura. Gli alloggi sono rinnovati e puliti, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione eccezionale. Se dovesse capitare l'occasione torneremo di sicuro!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo B&B in occasione di una gara di motocross, non è proprio vicinissimo alla pista ma abbiamo preferito fare qualche Km in più per alloggiare in questa chicca.
L'alloggio è meraviglioso e le camere un vero incanto, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei gestori ci hanno lasciato molto colpiti.
Un parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte al B&B lo rende facilmente raggiungibile.
La colazione è ricca di prodotti gentilmente offerti dai gestori.
Molto disponibili anche sull'orario di arrivo e di partenza.
Alloggeremo sicuramente di nuovo per le prossime gare vicine e nel frattempo lo consigliamo a chi sta cercando un posto arredato in maniera deliziosa, caldo, accogliente e molto pulito.
Davvero i nostri complimenti!

Dotazioni di qualità, colazione abbondante. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili.
Unico neo, manca segnaletica stradale. Trovare la casa in mezzo alle altre richiede molto intuito o il cellulare del proprietario.

La mia permanenza al B&B è stata cullata dalla cortesia e gentilezza dei proprietari sempre pronti ad aiutarmi nelle difficoltà incontrate nell'arrivare in una nuova città.
RI- sottolineo la pulizia dei locali e arricchite dai vari gadget (gioco di luci, splendida tv, lucernari con tende elettriche, ampio balcone, ecc.), unica pecca del bagno anche se banale mancavano le bustine dello shampoo e del bagno schiuma (so che provvederà;) ); area colazione ben realizzata con splendida poltrona per massaggi (da provare:)).
a 20 metri dal B&B passa la linea 202 che serve la linea da Brescia a Salò e con Vestone, quindi in tranquillità ci si riesce a spostarsi anche se sprovvisti di macchina; sempre nelle vicinanze vari locali e ristoranti dove consumare degli ottimi pranzi con menù molto accessibili.
che dire altro, ve lo consiglio tranquillamente.
