Nice property in a quiet area in the Lugana district of Sirmione, located about 4 km from the historic center. Well-kept and clean room, convenient parking inside the courtyard closed by an automatic gate. Large common area for breakfast, with the added bonus of having a water dispenser available 24 hours a day. However, Cristina makes the difference, an exemplary manager of the b&b: professional, attentive, helpful, friendly, and always ready to provide advice on the beauties and activities of the area. Highly recommended.

A pleasant week with Cristina always available to help and offer great suggestions. Large, clean room and new and comfortable bathroom in a quiet neighborhood. Parking in the shade and safe. We will come back, and not just for the breakfast served under the olive trees.

Strategic location, 5 km from Sirmione, 900 meters from the lake, quiet and peaceful area, impeccable cleanliness. Cristina extremely helpful and kind in providing information and for any need. Spacious and lovely rooms. I would definitely come back if I were in the area.

We stayed at Il Grappolo the first days of July and the first words are for Mrs. Cristina, very courteous, willing to meet our requests and very kind (upon our arrival she had the room refreshed by the air conditioner), never happened before. Room all right, fantastic mattresses (no sink!), maybe the pillows to be reviewed, excellent cleanliness. Breakfast in the garden (interesting), normal with a bit of everything. Located in a quiet area, no traffic but close to everything (bus, shuttles to the center, restaurants, bars, 10 minutes from Peschiera and Desenzano).

We were welcomed very kindly at Il Grappolo. Cristina, our landlady, did everything for us. She wanted us to feel comfortable. The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished, with parking, well-kept garden with seating and sunbathing facilities, Wi-Fi. It is about 750 m on foot to the lakeshore. The fantastic hostess. Cozy clean room. Beautiful garden. Possibility of parking in the closed courtyard. The Grappolo is about a 40-minute walk along the Garda shore or 5 minutes by car from the center of Sirmione. Very tasty cappuccino for breakfast. By Italian standards, breakfast is normal - yogurts, single-portion jam, bread. It would be nice to add something hot for breakfast, for example, an omelette.

The owners, Mrs. Cristina and her husband, were kind and helpful. They advised us on places to visit and provided us with directions on how to reach them even by public transport. They were very caring and hospitable. The property is very clean and welcoming with private parking and a garden with a hammock and deck chairs. The area is quiet and Sirmione center is easily reachable on foot, enjoying a pleasant walk in the greenery. Other locations around the lake are easily accessible as well. I absolutely recommend it and it will be my reference point for another stay at Lake Garda. A big thank you to Mrs. Cristina.

The location is not very convenient, as it is located in a residential area and both the center, the lake, and the thermal baths cannot be reached on foot at all. Nice B&B, Cristina knows how to welcome guest, even if we don't speak Italian. Clean room & quiet place with air conditioning at an affordable price. Really close to the bus stop to go to the center of Sirmione. I definitely recommend this B&B.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un paio di giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I titolari sono veramente disponibili e accoglienti, sempre pronti per consigli e suggerimenti validi. Stanze belle e comode. Posto tranquillo. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo B&B, meglio di molti hotel. Bello, pulito, curato nei dettagli e in ottima posizione; la struttura dista appena 20 m dalla fermata dell'autobus che porta al centro storico di Sirmione. La signora Cristina, proprietaria del B&B, ci ha riservato la massima disponibilità e cordialità. E anche la colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: cappuccino come al bar, paste fatte in casa, varietà dolci e salate, yogurt, succhi ecc. Senza dubbio un B&B da consigliare.

Il B&B è stato perfetto per le mie esigenze. Vicinissimo al centro di Sermione ma anche per raggiungere qualsiasi zona del basso Garda, inoltre è vicino al casello dell'autostrada che permette di giungere in breve tempo anche altre mete come Verona, Brescia e Mantova. L'edificio è nuovo, la stanza ed il bagno sono spaziossimi e puliti oltre che dotati di condizionatore e di televisione. Un bel giardino con ombra per chi vuol oziare con un buon libro e infine ma non ultima, grande cortesia della signora Cristina che conosce bene la zona e sa come rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Il B&B "Il Grappolo" si trova a Lugana a circa 5 km dal centro di Sirmione. Lugana è abbastanza servita dai mezzi di trasporto locali (1 ogni ora, escluso le domeniche- costo biglietto presso tabacchi Euro 0.80/ Euro 2.00 a bordo) e interurbani (1 ogni mezz'ora, incluso le domeniche, prezzo 1. 30 presso tabacchi- fermata presso la chiesa di Lugana) che permettono di arrivare a Sirmione ed è a circa 45 minuti a piedi dal centro, lungo una bella passeggiata che fiancheggia il lago. A metà strada, lungo il percorso si trova Colombare, dove il Venerdì sera è possibile godersi un mercatino rionale abbastanza vario. Il B&B ha camere spaziose, confortevoli, climatizzate e arredate in maniera semplice. La struttura è pulita e profumata. Il bagno nuovo, ampio e funzionale. La colazione è varia e abbondante e il tavolo comune permette di far amicizia con gli altri ospiti. La struttura è circondata da un giardino molto curato, arricchito di lettino, tavolini e un'amaca, per chi non si volesse allontanare. Punto forte di questo B&B è la gestione dei proprietari. Cristina è molto attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, disponibile, loquace e simpatica e sempre pronta a dare consigli sulle attività da svolgere in loco. Decisamente consigliato!

La struttura è nuova, semplice e confortevole. Il giardino è accogliente, pulito e fresco. Ma la cosa più bella è rappresentata dai proprietari che sono persone splendide e molto disponibili! A noi è sembrato di essere in famiglia, siamo stati ospitati divinamente bene! Il centro di Sirmione è vicino e noi torneremo presto a trovare Cristina e Gianni!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend coccolati e viziati dalla proprietaria Cristina che ci ha fatto scoprire tanti posticini carini che non avremmo mai visitato. La struttura è confortevole e le stanze sono pulite e profumate e il giardino è curatissimo e ricco di verde; ed è situata in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma a pochi passi dal centro del paese. Lo consigliamo a tutti quelli che desiderano trascorrere una bella vacanza quasi in famiglia.

Il miglior B&B in cui sia mai stato! Ho girato veramente tanti posti ma la gentilezza, l'ospitalità, l'originalità delle stanze e la cordialità mi hanno veramente sorpreso! Ci hanno trattato come fossimo della famiglia e poi per il prezzo che fanno che è nulla in confronto a quello che fanno! Ci ho lasciato il cuore.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia moglie in questo bellissimo B. B per tre giorni. La struttura e le camere sono veramente belle pulite e spaziose. La proprietaria Cristina ti mette subito al tuo agio, ti da preziosi consigli per come visitare e pranzare a Sirmione e dintorni. Credo che se ritorneremo da quelle parti sicuramente il primo posto che chiederemo disponibilità sia a questo B&B Consiglio veramente e tutti Andrea.

Cristina e Gianni, i padroni di casa, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia e questo ha contribuito molto a farci passare quattro giorni di relax. L'accoglienza e l'ospitalità sono ottime, la struttura è nuovissima e davvero curata, con un giardino con molte piante e posto macchina interno e riparato. La camera verde che ci è stata data è ampia e molto bella, con in più l'affaccio sull'orto della casa. La colazione è ricca e varia, prevalentemente all'italiana ma non manca il salato come da gusti più continentali. La zona è molto tranquilla, in un punto strategico per spostarsi in comodità. Da consigliare senza alcun dubbio.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nella camera blu, l'accoglienza è stata buona fin da subito. Zona molto silenziosa, colazione semplice ma soddisfacente (identica alle foto); posto tattico per vedere Sirmione e altre località vicine. Gentili i proprietari che ci hanno messo da subito a nostro agio dandoci consigli sui ristoranti, posti da visitare e cantine dove prendere buon vino. Ciao.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo passato al Pasqua al Grappolo: a parte abbiamo rilevato il prezzo più basso tra i vari preventivi arrivati, abbiamo trovato una struttura con ancora odore 'di nuovò (siamo stati tra i primissimi ospiti), moderna, colazione abbondante, in un luogo tranquillo ma a pochi minuti da Sirmione, Desenzano e Peschiera. Ma, soprattutto, Cristina e la sua splendida famiglia, disponibili oltre il dovuto: oltre ai preziosissimi consigli su luoghi e ristoranti, addirittura ci hanno accompagnato in macchina a Sirmione il giorno di Pasqua per evitarci code chilometriche e lunga ricerca di un parcheggio. In bocca al lupo per la nuova avventura!
