House with approximately 120m² with garden, in the center of Luino, on three floors: the first with fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, outdoor area with garden and barbecue; second bedroom with two single beds + room + bathroom. Possibile access, on request, cot bebè. In quiet area, near the pier, bars and restaurants.

The location is in a quiet area, and especially, the house is independent with garden, not far from Lugano, Locarno, Bellinzona, Varese, Milan, Casino of Campione
The house is entirely available to guests
Silvana and Maurizio are available for any further information or for a pleasant stay to its guests
Old Town near public transportation, car parks and supermarkets
There is no breakfast, but guests will have tea and coffee to prepare for a relaxing time.

We, two couples, stayed here for a week. We were received by the enthusiastic host, who waited until 23:00 since our journey was delayed. The property was nicely decorated in a classic Italian way, and pretty clean, although we did find some stains on the tablecloth. The location was very central, and therefore noisy, but that is what you get living in a city centre. The apartment also was very hot, and sleeping was only bearable with all the windows open, which let the sounds of the streets in. Luckily, we brought earplugs so it didn't bother us. A ventilator in both bedrooms would be a nice touch though, since sleeping was very hard on hot days. the garden is a very nice touch. Overall, a nice stay and very friendly host. We would stay again, but only in a colder season or if there would be a ventilator or air conditioning in the apartment.

Immersion dans l'atmosphère d'un jardin renaissance à l'italienne, logement à la fois calme sur cour et sur rue en plain centre vieille ville. Confortable et parfaitement propre. Je le raccomande et j'y retournerai..
