Cozy apartment, close to the Central Station (300m) and Metro (100).

Great value for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Located on the first floor of an early 20th century historic building, it is functionally and modernly furnished, equipped with all the main comforts.

Ideal for holidays, stays, and weekends, throughout the year.

- a "Red Rose" double bedroom with a private bathroom outside the room and balcony.

- a "Sunflower" double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and balcony.

Possibility of an additional third bed.

The bathrooms have a shower, hot water, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, towel set, and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap, shower cap, courtesy beauty kit).

A bright living room with a sofa and TV, radio, stereo, free fastweb wireless internet connection. Air conditioning in all rooms. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave) ensures a homely atmosphere where you can feel at home.

The furnishings are brand new and well-kept, the mattresses are particularly comfortable, and guests have a modern LCD TV in each room. All the large windows have double glazing to ensure maximum sound insulation.

Good location near the central station and very close to the bus station from Milan and Bergamo Airports. All services available in the immediate vicinity. The room is well furnished, clean, and the host was very helpful, friendly, and absolutely professional.

The property is close to the central station, a ten-minute walk away. A supermarket is just around the corner. The room is very clean, and the host was very friendly, always responding promptly to my questions. She was keen on ensuring that we could handle the 3 keys correctly.

Small bed and breakfast with two rooms: one with an attached bathroom and the other with a bathroom outside. Useful fully equipped kitchen if one wants to cook something. Clean environment and the girl managing the bed and breakfast was very kind and friendly. If I return to Milan, I know where to go.

Good bed and breakfast managed by a nice and very kind and helpful girl. Great location for travelers. Maybe, for being a bed and breakfast without breakfast, it's a bit expensive. Anyway, I recommend it.

Apartment on the first floor in the center, 2 minutes from the tram stop and 5 from the metro. I found everything clean and tidy, with functioning air conditioning, TV, fast wifi, and private bathroom. Maybe it's not clear from the ad, but the apartment consists of a double room, a room with an en-suite bathroom, another bathroom, and a living room. The reservation concerns the room: you can choose the one with the en-suite bathroom or the other one with the bathroom in the next room (you pass through the hallway); in both cases, the living room with the kitchen is shared. The host is nice and helpful, gave us some tips and let us stay past the checkout time. Recommended!

We were very satisfied, in terms of cleanliness and hospitality I would say it was excellent, a pity that there was a lack of some things like napkins and coffee pods, and a bottle opener, but these are negligible details. Overall I would say we had a nice impression, beautiful and welcoming house, warm, beautiful interior design, nice interior design! Clean and bright, safe at night and very quiet!

Beautiful room with en-suite bathroom. Very clean and very quiet. Well located, 3 minutes from Sondrio metro station and 6 minutes from the central station. I stayed for 8 nights but did not meet the manager, Laura, except upon arrival and departure. On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in the common room for as long as needed, which is very much appreciated. Breakfast is not prepared on-site. You can make your own coffee (very good) or tea. Packaged pastries, fruit juice boxes, and spreads are available (all very basic). However, you can choose to have breakfast at a nearby café.\n\nAnd that's better! You can choose a coffee, espresso or long, or a cappuccino, and two homemade pastries, very good. However, it's a bit limited: no additional bread. Too bad! That being said, I had a very pleasant stay in Milan staying at 'Il Cortiletto'.

I stayed for a day, I chose it for its proximity to the station. The place is very clean and welcoming, the room is large and nice. Laura is very hospitable and helpful. If I were to return to Milan, I will definitely go back to them.

Appartamento costituito da 2 camere da letto, la nostra aveva il bagno ad uso privato ma non in camera di doveva attraversare un corridoio per raggiungerlo e questo non è chiaramente indicato ne nel sito ne nelle successive mail con il gestore. Camera confortevole. L'acqua della doccia a tratti calda e fredda nonostante nessuno usasse altra acqua in quel momento. Riscaldamento ad orari, nn so se fosse autonomo o condominiale, ma al mattino alle 8 era spento il termo per cui freddo, con una bimba non è il massimo. Da controllare. Cucina e frigo sporchi. Bagno e camera puliti. Abbiamo optato ovviamente per colazione al bar, sufficiente. Segnalo che il terzo letto per mia figlia ha aggiunto 30€ al prezzo del sito, avvisati ma direi eccessivo, considerando che la colazione al bar è essenziale.

Gentile cliente, mi dispiace molto se il soggiorno non è stato soddisfacente. Sul sito è indicata la camera Red Rose come camera matrimoniale con bagno privato esterno ma ad uso esclusivo. La colazione era possibile farla bel soggiorno a self service con prodotti confezionati oppure al bar. Il riscaldamento è automatico su 22 gradi, nel bagno c’è anche uno scaldino elettrico a disposizione. Farò controllare l’acqua calda ora che l’ha fatto notare. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della cucina e frigorifero purtroppo è una zona comune e magari per la fretta alcuni clienti hanno trascurato la pulizia, staremo più attenti. Mi scuso ancora. Sono stata accolta dalla simpaticissima Laura, giovane ragazza preparata, disponibile e molto gentile. La camera l'ho trovata molto pulita, ordinata, dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione strategica per il centro in quanto vicinissima alla stazione centrale e alle principali metropolitane. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti, eravamo due adulti e un bimbo. Molto bene. La signora Chica e la figlia Laura sono state molto gentili ed accoglienti. La posizione vicino alla stazione e la metro è molto comoda per qualsiasi spostamento ed è comunque in una via molto tranquilla. Lo consigliamo.

Raccomando questo posto che è estremamente ben posizionato. Vicinissimo al centro con la metro M3 gialla Sondrio, vicino alla stazione (1 fermata o raggiungibile a piedi) per i collegamenti (trasferte aeroporto. Appartamento ben arredato, stanza pulita e bagno comodissimo e grande. Gentilezza della proprietaria e di sua figlia. Disponibilità per depositare i bagagli anticipatamente al check-in e dopo lo check-out. Colazione a scelta con buono pasto al bar di fronte (qualità accettabile) o dentro la struttura. Rimpiango che la colazione a disposizione dentro la cucina sia un po' povera. Con poco investimento (economico e di tempo), potrebbe offrire ai suoi clienti qualcosa di più genuino, attraente. Sarebbe la ciliegia sulla torta che farebbe del sui B&B un posto perfetto. (Un pan carré con tosta pane, mini porzioni di burro, marmellata, cioccolata, confezione di succo d'arancio, uno yogurt o una frutta fresca, ci vuole poco per fare qualcosa di grande potrebbe anche chiedere la scelta dei prodotti al momento della prenotazione se vuole evitare lo spreco). Comunque sia ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno e tornerò con piacere da Lei. Saluti dal Belgio.

Sono stato in questo B&B una sola notte, ma posso esprimere ugualmente un giudizio ed è estremamente positivo. Gli elementi a favore sono la pulizia della stanza ed in generale dell'intera struttura, la vicinanza alla stazione di Milano centrale, la silenziosità (di notte non si sente nulla nonostante la zona altamente popolata) e la cortesia della signora Chica, persona molto disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, confermo la scelta tra quella messa a disposizione nella cucina interna oppure quella presso un bar convenzionato di fronte alla struttura, tramite un buono apposito. Consiglio a chi avesse necessità simili a quelle avute da me, di affidarsi a questa struttura.

Scelto perché a due passi dalla stazione centrale. Molto carino, pulito e curato. Titolare simpatica, discreta e disponibile. Ci ho passato una notte, di passaggio con mia figlia di 10 anni. Colazione abbondante (incluso il latte) consumata in una graziosa cucina a disposizione. In alternativa si poteva disporre di un buono per il bar. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Tutto ottimo e anche la posizione anche se non centrale è comunque comoda a tutti i servizi; è infatti vicinissima alla stazione e alla metro. Abbiamo preso una doppia con lettino aggiuntivo per bambini e la sistemazione è stata soddisfacente e abbiamo usufruito dell'angolo cottura presente nell'appartamento per pranzare e cenare. Colazione anche di nostro gradimento anche per i più piccoli. Ritorneremo.

Il B&B si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale, in una zona tranquilla e poco trafficata. Proprio davanti all'appartamento inoltre si trova la stazione della Polizia. L'appartamento, ottimamente arredato e pulito, è dotato di due stanze; noi abbiamo pernottato in una doppia, con un bagno a noi riservato a pochi metri dalla stanza. Per la colazione noi abbiamo scelto l'opzione bar, in cui abbiamo mangiato un buon cappuccio e brioches. La proprietaria, Riu Chica, si è dimostrata cortese e comprensiva nonostante avessimo sforato un po' l'orario di check out.
