We were in transit in Milan between 2 trains. We chose the Hotel Paradiso for its proximity to the train station (9 minutes walk). And also for the presence of a breakfast included in the price and available from 7 o'clock. The reception around 9 pm was very courteous. We had a particular request. The attendant immediately told us that we could trust the owner to have met our wish, but if that was not the case, we should not hesitate to come back to him. He took a moment to show us the breakfast area and accompanied us to the elevator. And all this in perfect English embellished with a big smile. The single room was very clean. A quality that is found everywhere in the Hotel Paradiso. What a pleasure to find towels in abundance and immaculately fresh after a long train journey. There were individual shower gel pods. Very hot water, even if the shower must be held by hand, which can be complicated if I had to wash my long hair. On the other hand, I would have found a real hairdryer. Actually, for me, only a tooth cup was missing. But I did not ask for it. The wifi worked perfectly. There is a socket on each side of the bed and another in the bathroom. For a longer stay, the room was of a good size. Ours overlooked the street, but no noise disturbed our sleep. We did not need heating or air conditioning, but both are available. I found the bed a bit low. I mention it for those who have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. The simple breakfast was also varied enough to offer choices to people who do not eat sweet: 2 types of cheeses and salami in individual doses to avoid waste. As we had a tight schedule, I appreciated that by 7 am everything was in place. The two house cats made us feel at home. But they are well fed and well behaved. They preferred the freshness of the garden to our company. One of my regrets here, the weather did not allow us to eat outside. In summary, a good choice for us. We had booked given the circumstances, but at the last minute, I saw that the prices are really excellent when there is availability. Under such conditions, I intend to return to see if there is a place here during a possible stay in Milan.

Good location close to the train station. Very helpful staff that made for a very pleasant stay.

The bathroom was a little outdated and there wasn't enough shower gel/shampoo for both of us. However, the cats were a big plus, loved them!

Hotel Paradiso is simple and clean, convenient to the central station. We were welcomed with courtesy, there were no problems. Room as expected, essential but equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Well soundproofed from the outside. The two resident cats are beautiful. The breakfast could be improved.

Hotel Paradiso, a 10-minute walk from Milano Centrale train station. Considering the average costs of the city, it is quite convenient. The rooms are charming, the manager is helpful, there is a garden at the back where you can relax. It is possible to leave luggage in storage. I recommend it for short stays in the city.

Hotel Paradiso is very close to the Milan train station. It should be renovated quite a bit, but the staff is very kind and everything seems clean.

I did not like it. The location is in a neighborhood with suspicious people, noise, you could hear every movement, breakfast, although it was included in the price, was non-existent, you had nothing to eat. We personally did not feel safe there.

I was greeted at 2 in the morning with professionalism and kindness. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was sufficient for my needs. The 2 beautiful cats make the place even more welcoming.

Definitely recommended for cleanliness, comfortable mattresses, and quiet area.

Great location and efficient reception. The rooms may be a bit dated, but they are perfectly clean. Despite the proximity to the central station, the area is quiet and just a stone's throw from Corso Buenos Aires. It's a no-frills stay but comfortable in every way.

The area is not great, even though it's close to Corso Buenos Aires and the train station, acceptable price especially because Milan has become unlivable. The room is quite old but acceptable, nothing to write home about.

Breakfast from 7, we checked out at 6 and we weren't even offered a coffee.

Of this hotel I can only speak well. My partner and I had a great time in everything, from arrival to departure. Friendly staff, spacious room, excellent cleanliness and above all perfect location! A stone's throw from the central station and the metro, really well connected. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is in a great location, the structure is simple and clean. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Location: very close to the station, but the station is in a danger zone, not very nice (not the fault of the Hotel Paradiso of course, but helps to choose another hotel, closer to the center of Milan).

All good, the staff is extremely kind, absolutely a 10. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning. The only flaw, which however is not the structure's fault, is a horrific and continuous stench outside, due to I don't know what. Perhaps there is some oriental cuisine restaurant that brings a stomach-turning smell. I repeat, this is not the structure's fault, where everything was fine. P.S. If possible, something must be done to understand where the unpleasant smells come from and find a solution.

Great for the price we paid as well as the location, very helpful and kind staff. Only one flaw or maybe it happened to us, the croissants for breakfast were hard and tasteless, apart from that all very good I recommend it.

Very convenient as accommodation near the central station. Clean, comfortable (very comfortable beds) and functional.

Beautiful place, very well-kept with a lovely garden. But what makes it special is the care and availability of the owner and the staff, they make you feel truly at home. Good breakfast, also ideal for those who are lactose intolerant. The passion that the owner puts into caring for hospitality should be an example.

Very good attention, it's a 20-minute walk from the Duomo. Really clean, impeccable! We want to highlight the attention of the night doorman and the reception staff who met all our needs at all times.

Excellent bed and breakfast 10 minutes walk from the station and Corso Buenos Aires. Kind and polite staff, but above all always available. The breakfast is also good, not a huge selection but adequate to start the day. Many nearby restaurants where you can eat at great prices. If you have problems, you can always ask the owner who will help you as he did with us by recommending a great restaurant.

Very kind, discreet and available to meet you. Fairly spacious premises with a garden. You can reach several places to visit quickly. I would recommend it also because the prices are quite affordable.

Old structure, but rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable! The elevator needs fixing, very small, very old, almost scary. And then that dusty grate is unbearable. Essential but pleasant breakfast. To the point that the oversight on gluten-free can be forgiven.

I stayed one night, Hotel Paradiso is nice and clean. The managers are very kind, they kept our luggage even after check-out time. The location is good, 5 minutes from the central station and with the metro you can reach the Duomo in less than 10 minutes.

Having experience in the hospitality sector and currently working as a secretary in a hotel on Lake Garda, I can say that I found Hotel Paradiso in a great location, close to Milan's central station. The room was clean, but I found the welcome to be lacking. After requesting our documents for check-in and handing us the room keys, no information was provided about breakfast time (an expected detail that should still be communicated to the customer), nor about places to visit or attractions in the city and how to reach them, or nearby restaurants, wifi, etc. Information that I believe should be communicated to the customer even if not specifically requested. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be a bit sparse and limited. Despite this, we had a fairly pleasant stay.

The hotel was really good for the price it had. It was clean and welcoming, and that is something I enjoyed during my stay there. The view from the balcony was nice. The breakfast as well, the only thing I didn't like at all is the position of the hotel. Although it is near Stazione Centrale, the neighborhood in which it was located made you feel sort of unsafe, especially during night time when me and my friend had to come back to the hotel. It had many drunk and on drugs people around, staying in groups, who made me and my friend somehow frightened. Other than that, I liked the place.

Simple but very clean structure. Very spacious rooms. Nice bathroom. New fixtures so you can't hear noise from outside. You can sleep peacefully at night. I recommend this structure. It has a small inner courtyard and I think in summer you can have breakfast outside.

Good hotel close to the station.

Friendly staff welcoming, well located to go to the central station by foot or to use the metro in Milan, but a little old-fashioned, basic breakfast (no fresh fruits or fresh bread), a little expensive for an old-fashioned hotel.

The hotel helped us with what we needed. I'm very thankful for this. Hotel Paradiso is a good option if you're looking for something affordable and close to the train station.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, la stanza era ottima per il prezzo pagato e la posizione perfetta, per non parlare dei receptionist gentilissimi e molto simpatici. L'unica pecca il quartiere non fra i migliori di Milano, ma qualità prezzo ottimi. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

E' un hotel che necessiterebbe alcuni interventi di restyling e di attenzione al cliente. La stanza è pulita (quindi il personale di pulizia è ottimo e ottimi sono gli asciugamani), ma veramente disadorna e deprimente. I muri sono sporchi e necessiterebbero di un imbiancatura o almeno di ritocchi. La colazione è varia, ma tutti i prodotti sono di bassissima qualità: pane, brioches fresche e confezionate pessime, il salato consiste nelle sofficette Beretta, il formaggio nelle sottilette. Inguardabile. L'albergo è rumoroso, tutte le volte che qualcuno va in bagno ci si sveglia di soprassalto avendo l'impressione di stare sotto le cascate del Niagara. Chi fa l'accoglienza durante il giorno non va oltre il minimo sindacale per quanto riguarda la cortesia, mentre chi sta alla reception dopo le 20 è veramente gentile. Molto bello il giardino ma nell'albergo eviterei di tornarci. Lo definirei un'occasione perduta

Molto carina la hall, la stanza per la colazione (che è stata discreta) e il giardino. Spartano il secondo piano e le camere, seppur pulite. Vicinissimo alla stazione.

Mi sono trovata molto bene; stanza confortevole a prezzo vantaggioso. Titolare e addetti molto cordiali e gentili.

Sistemazione con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, locali puliti, colazione discreta e personale gentile. Se vi piacciono gli animali c'è un bellissimo micione rosso a farvi compagnia e a chiedervi qualche attenzione, è sempre piacere alzarsi la mattina e trovare un animaletto che ti da il buon giorno, soprattutto tra il cemento di Milano.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte perché a Milano per un concerto. Posizione comoda per chi arriva a Milano Centrale in quanto facilitati in tutti gli spostamenti in città. Camere pulite e personale gentile e disponibilissimo anche per il servizio di custodia bagagli pre check-in e post check-out. Consigliato.

Sono stata con mia figlia per l’open day delle università e ci siamo trovate benissimo. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, ancor meno da un altra fermata metro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione non troppo varia ma sicuramente soddisfacente nel giardino con fiori e tartarughe, è stato davvero bello. Pulizia delle stanze impeccabile, torneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo fermate una notte ma ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile.

Eccezionale la posizione. Decorosa e ben tenuta la struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti, tutto sommato rimasta soddisfatta dell'hotel (2 stelle), ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla Stazione centrale e a Corso Buenos Aires con la possibilità di utilizzare la Metrò (Lima) per visitare tutta la città. Camere molto calde, colazione abbondante e i gestori disponibili a ogni richiesta. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni.

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione centrale, a due passi passi dalla metro (Lima) e da corso Buenos Aires. Stanze calde e pulite, colazione gradevole. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Posizione della struttura ottimale a 5 minuti dalla stazione. Personale a disposizione per ogni esigenza. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Buona struttura con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, assomiglia molto di più a un 3 stelle che ai tanti 2 stelle scadenti della zona. Camera molto ampie, semplici ma con tutte le comodità.

Albergo posizionato nei pressi della Stazione Centrale di Milano e con comodo accesso alla linea metro 2. Struttura funzionale. Arredamento stanza minimale ma sufficiente per brevi soste. Personale disponibile e cordiale.

Albergo due stelle, ma confortevole. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Posizione comoda e di facile accesso dalla stazione Centrale. A 5 minuti a piedi la metro Lima (linea Rossa) e Caiazzo (linea verde). Consiglio a tutti la struttura.
