Comfortable hotel within walking distance of the town center. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The complimentary toiletry kit was very useful and even included toothbrushes. Exceptional staff.

Excellent welcome in a modest but clean setting. I found the room good, not excellent, because, facing the courtyard, you could not hear the traffic noise but could hear the air conditioners. Breakfast was basic and plentiful.

The room was better than in the photos, clean with all the necessary amenities. Good welcome. Parking available at 16 euros per day. Sweet and savory breakfast with options. The air conditioning was average, it did not cool the entire room enough.

So... the hotel isn't the newest, but... it's very well located! It's very quiet and clean! The staff alone are worth coming to the Hotel Losana: such kindness, such patience, so helpful! If it was possible, I could let 6 stars on 5. Hotel Losana can be sure I'll go to here again!

I stayed at the property for one night. Room and bathroom clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful environment. The buffet breakfast is rich and with both sweet and savory options. Good quality-price ratio, and the manager very competent and friendly. Just like all the guys who work there. Close to the metro and with services nearby. A destination to add to my future trips.

The structure is quite central and well-maintained. The price is a bit high in the abstract but advantageous compared to the average in Milan. The staff is sufficiently courteous and efficient. What I did not appreciate are the internal spaces: breakfast in a very cramped environment on the -1 floor, and especially the room, really tiny for being a triple. In my opinion, it is a decent structure but it does not deserve three stars.

One of the best welcomes I've ever had far from home. Josh and Maria were the kindest people I've ever met and went out of their way to help me. Ludmila was a very nice person as well. They set up an early breakfast just for me the day I went to take the Bernina train. I would definitely come back :)
