L'addetto alla reception è stato molto scortese negando che oltre alla prenotazione della stanza c'era anche la colazione che ho pagato, inoltre ha negato che io e mia sorella avessimo fatto il check in online, da evitare.

Ottima posizione della struttura, permette di raggiungere con una semplice camminata sia il centro, quindi zona Duomo e Brera che la Stazione Centrale, in 15 min circa.
Personale gentile e disponibile, stanza pulitissima e ordinata, ogni mattina puliscono tutto, letto comodo e bagno pulito e ben tenuto, prezzo ottimo visto la zona, ci tornerò volentieri.
