Description
The Bernina Hotel is located in front of Milan's Central Railway Station, across the square in front of the train station you find via Napo Torriani n. 27 which is the heart of the business center and the crossroads of the economic life of the province of Lombardy.

It is well connected to the most important places in Milan and the hinterland (highways, the Central Station, lines 2&3 of the underground FAIR of Milan, Public square Duomo), bus terminal for both Linate, Orio al Serio and Malpensa airports.

The Hall of the hotel is noted for its warm atmosphere where customer satisfation is the prime factor; there is on on-going exhibition of contemporary artists, an Internet corner with dedicated ADSL lines at the disposal of customers and an Infopoint where guest can get information about entertainment.

You may cancel your booking up to 250 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Apparently good structure, I stayed one night, there was a very loud noise in the middle of the night, I couldn't sleep because of a group of guys, I called the front desk to make them stop, they intervened but with poor results. The TV was of poor quality and most channels were not visible. Having to leave the structure at 6 in the morning, I asked if it was possible to have breakfast at that time, I was told negatively, without even refunding it, but making me pay the very high tourist tax of 4 euros. Negative judgment.

Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Personale cortese, cameriera di sala molto simpatica. Pulito e molto curato. Ha un ottima posizione giacché è praticamente di fronte alla stazione centrale.
