Of all the guesthouses in central Milan, ours offers the best services and the perfect balance of modern and classic tastes, which makes every part of it welcoming and appealing.

The Guest House Pirelli is in an excellent location, close to Milan´s main neighbourhoods and cultural, economic and touristic areas, as well as all the big Italian cities, thanks to the two main stations (Garibaldi and Centrale).

Our bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi connection, are decorated with a simple, elegant and functional style, for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

We have chosen to keep Guest House Pirelli a smoke-free area. There is no smoking permitted anywhere in the guesthouse in order to keep our rooms and air healthy and to respect the habits of most of our guests.

The place is very near to Milan Centrale, 5-7 minutes walk. I booked a room with shared bathroom and even though it is shared, the bathroom is very clean. I also got a big room. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Strategic location 500 m from the central station. Kind and helpful hosts, room and bathroom (ours was shared) very clean. When I return to Milan, I will definitely stay here again.

Completely satisfied with our stay. Great location for both reaching the central station (less than 7 minutes on foot) and getting to the nearest metro station (Gioia M2, you can get there in three minutes). Well-maintained and clean place, even the cat at the reception (open 24/7) is very nice. I would gladly come back. Availability of luggage storage for free until 7 PM is very convenient.

Great location close to both Milan's train station, but not close to the center. The room was not smelling good. Good place to stay 1 or 2 nights. The cat is the star of this hotel, very lovely.

Very basic structure with shared bathroom, for one night it can be okay even if quality price is not in line with other adjacent structures. Asked for shuttle service obviously paying, trip from Garibaldi station but they are lacking.

Very welcoming place. Staff are nice and helpful. I had the ensuite, which is spacious. The common area is very small unlike the outdoor area, which is ok but needs some cleaning and cushions.

This B&B is great. It is close to public transportation, very clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful terrace where you can rest. The rooms are big. The bathrooms are big. I loved it.

Great solution! Structure located a 5-minute walk from the central station on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building. There is a sign and it is well marked on the intercom so easy to find. Staff available 24 hours a day. Next to the structure you will find both a bar and a pizza restaurant so you have everything you need. I did not have breakfast. Greetings.

Good location and close to the metro. Small bathroom without bidet, only one towel, bathroom mat, curtains, and bedspread not freshly laundered, small TV, not tuned and with pixelated pixels, only one bedside lamp for both nightstands. Overall, a basic and unpretentious central structure except for the price.

Structure that does not correspond to the photos, good location near the station. Unbalanced quality-price ratio (worth no more than 50 euros per night). Very low level, bad linen, in short, a terrible experience. The only positive note is the kindness of the night porter.

Gentile ospite , Praticamente ora decide pure il prezzo lei ?!! Si è recato in struttura al check in dopo aver prenotato e confermato il prezzo di avere uno sconto .. Che lei ovuque va ottiene lo sconto .. Poi non sapeva nemmeno cosa avesse prenotato . Ci fa ( credevo fosse un hotel 3 stelle ) ... La prossima volta prenoti un vero hotel 3 stelle .. vediamo se vi faranno dormire con 50 euro tanto espresso da lei .... Grazie a dio le nostre recensioni dicono ben altro ;).. Saluti

I strongly advise against this property, as it is poorly managed. I had booked a room for two people via email, but at the time of confirmation, the important information that the bathroom was shared was not specified. Upon arrival, after midnight, we discovered the situation and requested a room with a private bathroom. The room we were assigned was rundown and had only two towels for the bathroom. We were asked for a difference of over 45 euros for the room with a private bathroom, but we did not leave as I had a hospital visit at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. When I contacted the property to clarify the situation, the person in charge was extremely rude and impolite, insisting that the shared bathroom situation had been specified in the email, which had not actually happened. I paid the difference without further controversy, but the whole experience was very unpleasant and embarrassing.

We stayed for three days, even though the place was clean, but it's not worth the price paid to have a small bathroom not only without a bidet but simply with a washbasin and not a normal sink. We found the shower towels but not even a hand towel and when I asked for it, I was told they didn't have any and was given another towel. The photos do not reflect reality.

Gentile ospite , dopo avervi illustato spiegandogli che la nostra TIPOLOGIA GUEST HOUSE ( camere economiche ) non prevedevano obbligatoriamente l'installazione del BIDET come da lei espressamete più volte lamentato. In merito i teli anche li richiedeva i telipiccoli per il bidet .. Vi è stato spiegato che forniamo solo un telo doccia a testa che viene cambiato ogni giorno . Ma la sua risposta era sempre la seguente .. Io giuro il mondo ...IO QUI , IO LA ... Mai trovato una struttura senza BIDET ....!! Purtroppo di fronte a tanta ignoranza gratuita non potevamo che assecondarla facendo di tutto per accontentare le sue richieste molteplici ... In futuro le cosigno di prenotare un vero hotel 3/4 stelle pagando un prezzo 3/4 volte superiore da quello pagato a noi , in modo che possa ricevere tutte le mancanze la lei lamentate ..., ..Forse in futoro se viaggerà all'estero avrà da lamentarsi con tantissime strutture IN molteplici paesi la mancanza del cavero vecchio amato BIDET ;) . Uncomfortable bedding. Area with a bar below playing late-night music. Only two shared bathrooms for all rooms and the toilets are inside the bathrooms. Not well soundproofed. Otherwise, a positive point. Well located as it is close to the train station. Cute little cat on site.

Easily accessible structure just outside Central Station, very close to one of the many metro stops, so the most that can be asked from a customer like me who stayed for only one night. Impeccable cleanliness of the place and very helpful and friendly manager, after all he is a Milan fan.

Welcoming, spotlessly clean and impeccably organized structure. The rooms undoubtedly have comfort in the beds as their strong point. Reception service 24 hours a day just a stone's throw from the train station and less than 200 meters from the metro, practically a strategic point that allows you to visit Milan without getting tired, easily using only public transport. The price is interesting, definitely convenient. It is a structure to hold onto tightly whenever you happen to be in those areas.

We were guests at Guest House Pirelli for only one night, unfortunately! Very convenient for its proximity to the metro and the station. The managers were very friendly and, above all, their cat Jack who gladly awaited our cuddles. We will definitely come back!

Very close to the station and reception open 24 hours a day, so perfect for travelers. Shared room and bathrooms very clean, staff really helpful and kind. Very good value for money. I will return.

Friendly and competent staff, warm facility with private rooms. Great for a 'touch and go' but also for staying a few days. The reception is open 24 hours a day to allow for check-out at any time.

Great location, everything is reachable in a short time. Good value for money. You have to adapt to the shared bathroom, but there are several so we didn't have any major difficulties. The only downside is the noise: there is a construction site in front and the traffic is intense, you can hear everything. But, considering the area, it was to be expected. In short, recommended for those looking for a discreet solution at an affordable price!

We had a very good experience, the Guest House Pirelli is in a great location, a beautiful setting and above all excellent cleanliness. Moreover, it is very well maintained, so the quality-price ratio is superb. We slept well, large and comfortable beds, and the shared bathroom was very clean and new. I would definitely come back.
