Description
Private house with a garden managed like a relais chateaux, some guests have referred to my house as a boutique.

Available to guests is a suite with a double bed and a single bed, a breakfast table, a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with a window and a shower, and a terrace where you can have breakfast outside. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a hairdryer. The fixtures and fittings are of a modern design, and the shutters are electric.

Daily cleaning is provided, and every sanitary fixture is disinfected with each change of guest.

For breakfast, I have provided my guests with a coffee room equipped with a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a Neapolitan coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator, all for their convenience for a self-service breakfast at any time. The table is pre-set with everything needed, you just have to heat the milk and put the coffee pod in the machine.

Parking is available in front of the house.

There is a supermarket nearby to buy some Italian specialties or for a quick snack.

Friendly and helpful owner. Great location for all destinations, especially San Siro Stadium. Very easy to reach from the FS station, M5 lilla exit a stone's throw away, just 20 meters. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Excellent structure very close to the purple and red metro lines of Lotto square, ideal to go to San Siro and also to the Duomo/downtown of Milan. Very kind the owner of the structure.

Excellent bed & breakfast, we stayed in 2 rooms, both very well-kept and clean. One very spacious, while the room facing the street is slightly small and a bit noisy, but the manager provided earplugs for the night for the latter. The location is excellent for us as it is a 5-minute walk from the Fiera Milano City. There is no on-site parking (perhaps for one car), but there is an unguarded paid parking lot across the street. Self-service breakfast in the room, decent, with a bit of everything, but not like a hotel's. The B&B is very well maintained, the price, despite the normal increases this year, is a bit high considering it is a bed & breakfast and does not offer hotel services. In any case, it's worth going back, the rooms are really cozy and clean. The managers are very helpful and welcoming.

Recommended! Comfortable structure. The red metro line stop "lotto" is 50 meters from the structure. We can move around peacefully without using the car.

A very beautiful room with a superb bathroom, a dining area, and a balcony for my daughter and me during our stay in Milan. We appreciated the comfort of the beds, the kindness of the owner's representative, Matéo, and we also greatly appreciated that the owner, even though sick, responded to a last-minute query. We will not hesitate to return for a future stay in Milan, if needed.
