Beschreibung

The structure is located in Lierna, in Via Ducale 46, right at the end of the ancient “Via Napoleonica”, in the hamlet of Castello, near Riva Bianca, a corner of the sea paradise. The guest house has 6 suite rooms, a small annex building with its own garden and patio. It is distributed over 3 floors: on the ground floor there is a common room with comfortable armchairs, a TV, the reception and a small luggage room, necessary for various needs but above all to allow you to enjoy your stay up to the last minute. The first and second floors are dedicated to the rooms: on the first floor there are also outdoor areas (both exclusive and common). There is also the small “Dependance Oak” which offers discreet privacy. Parking available on request with fee.

Hi everyone, I’m Stefy, the owner of this dream that finally came true! I have been living in hotel industry since I was born, in fact, in front of my guest house is the family restaurant that celebrated its 130th anniversary in 2022. In 2017, I took over day-to-day this business and now I lead it personally with great pride and satisfaction. This tradition is deeply rooted in me: the women of the family have always been the driving force and beating heart of the company, just like my predecessors.

It was my wish to leave my VERY OWN trace in the family’s entrepreneurial history: In honor and respect for my beloved grandpa Bruno, I decided to adopt the family’s old nickname: Ca’ dei Bachitt. This nickname seems to have two versions of its origin, one more real and one more like a fairytale.

The first version is associated with the firewood trade, dating back to 1885; Our ancestors actually traded wood transported by cable cars from the nearby forests, they went down to Riva Bianca where they loaded it onto barges to reach the Adda river and also the Milan Navigli where it was finally distributed (hence “Bachitt” meaning “wooden stick”). The second version is associated with “Tabachin” the family dog of my great-grandfather Luigi (called “Bachin”) and great-grandmother, Giuseppina.

Highly recommended. Impeccably clean, new and convenient for every need. A mandatory stop at their restaurant adjacent to the property. Excellent dinner.

This place is a gem of a property. It’s in a great location close to the shoreline and 50m from two local bars selling snacks, food, gelato and alcohol. It’s a family owned well thought out safe property. It’s keycoded entry and it’s immaculately presented. We received excellent communication in advance of our visit. We were given local travel advice (rent a boat it’s a superb experience) and given train times etc. We ate in the restaurant and it was superb, great wines great service and fabulous food. As you can tell we enjoyed every minute of our stay and will return. The location although quiet is a real bonus and is part of the attraction. Thank you Stefy we had a great time.

Everything was very well furnished and new. It was also great at the Grotto in front of the accommodation, we ate wonderfully. We will come back.

A very new and beautiful structure. The Ulivo room was very comfortable. A small fridge with sparkling and still water was provided. There are many outlets, including USB and USB-C next to the bed, which were very useful. There is also a small safe in the closet. The single bed is rather narrow for my taste. The bathroom was excellent, with a large shower. Hand soap and shampoo are provided. The room was cleaned every day if one desired.

Structure, cleanliness and impeccable service. Breakfast is not included but can be enjoyed at the restaurant connected to the structure (highly recommended also for dinner!). The added value is the hospitality, friendliness, and kindness of Mrs. Stefania and her staff, particularly her husband.
