Il monolocale è così come descritto nell'annuncio e pari al nuovo. Il bagno è ampio, il divano letto comodo, tutto ben curato. Si trova a circa 10 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana, seguendo un percorso rettilineo, in 6-7 fermate si arriva in Duomo. Ottimo per due persone. Nello stesso isolato abbiamo trovato una pizzeria (Catarì) che offre una buona pizza napoletana.
