Our B&B is located in Seveso, a town in Brianza halfway between Milan and Como.

Tourists and businessmen will find the ideal place to start their day thanks to an excellent communication system:
- the Milan - Meda expressway connected with the Lombard Pedemontana is 300 m away.

- the railway station serving three directions (Milan-Asso, Milan-Como Chiasso, Seregno-Saronno) is 600 meters away.

- the center of Milan (Cadorna, Castello, Duomo) is reachable by train in 30 minutes (4 trains every hour).

- the Milan Rho Fair can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by train+subway in 45 minutes and is 18 km away.

- the Milan airports (Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio) are at a maximum distance of 45 km.

"EliòS Place" is a prestigious residence, renovated in services and facilities in May 2015.

With a lovely garden, parking, free return, welcoming and bright environments, the structure is the ideal location for families who love to travel and want to feel at home.

Three rooms, all with air conditioning, different in size, characterized by windows or balconies, are furnished with comfortable beds, a large wardrobe, mirrors and a desk. For the guest's comfort, they also have a minibar, LCD TV and wifi for internet access.

You can start your day by enjoying the breakfast of your choice in a modern and bright environment.

We will be happy to help you make the most of your stay by helping you not to lose your way, finding the right train, giving you suggestions for excursions, night-time entertainments and much more.

Our sporty guests can go jogging in the Bosco delle Querce 200 meters from home or take a walk in the Parco delle Groane just 3 km away.

Our student guests can take their exams at the E-CAMPUS University in Novedrate just 10 minutes by car.

For our foreign guests, we are able to communicate in English, French, German and Spanish.

Breakfast is offered to guests in a very bright and welcoming room, at the agreed time.

It can vary every morning according to the desires expressed the previous evening, in order to offer fresh products every day and avoid waste.

Usually available are cereals, fruit juices, fruit mousse or fresh fruit, yogurts, cheese spreads, jams, toast, hot croissants, various types of pastries or cakes, to be enjoyed with coffee, milk, cappuccino or tea.

If requested, cold cuts and eggs can also be served.

Every journey has opened my mind, allowing me to meet people with different cultures and customs.

I fondly remember the beautiful places, of course, but my memory is more vivid for those countries where I met friendly and open people.

Being an outgoing person, I will be happy to be at the disposal of my guests.

I would like their days at Elio's Place to flow comfortably, without stress.

This place was super convenient for us as we visited friends close by, but this location is fantastic if you are visiting Milan as well as the train is close by. The host was accommodating and very responsive. I asked for water and he responded right away either water at the door. Also, we know Italian but tend to prefer English, the host spoke English very well. I definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

We stayed at Elio's for one night, very friendly and hospitable. The room was basic, but it had what we needed. The property also has a nice outdoor courtyard and there is a very sweet and playful dog.

If it were possible to give a score higher than 10 to Mr. Elio and his availability, I would definitely have done so. The room is very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, its location is very well connected to everything that may be necessary for the stay. 15 minutes on foot to the station and close to restaurants, bars, and the supermarket (taking a short walk).

We have enjoyed staying in your B&B which was very clean and comfortable. Due to the family event we attended, we were not able to see much of the area, but if we were ever to visit that region in the future, we will surely consider staying at Elio's Place once again. The owner is very kind, rooms have enough place for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and all facilities available. If there's anything that could have a bit of an upgrade, then I have to mention the breakfast. It was well served, the drinks were perfect though I am not in favor of only sweetness, so some additional choices next to the Nutella, marmalades & honey could be appreciated. Overall I recommend anyone to stay at Elio's place.

Every time we happen to be in the vicinity of Milan, we return to this B&B where we are pleased to meet Elio, an extremely kind and gentle person. This time we also met Luca, truly helpful and very nice. Highly recommended also for the area as it is very close to the train station from where you can reach Milan Cadorna station in 30 minutes. And then not to underestimate the comfort of the beds, the pillows, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the big furry Byron with his "red bone" we will miss him! See you next time.

We came here unfortunately at a bad time and Mr. Elio's welcome was very warm and reassuring. There is a beautiful dog that brings joy and the room is very cute and clean. The property is located in a very convenient position for moving around and even if you want to walk, you can quickly reach the center. We will definitely come back, thank you for everything.

Mr. Elio, very kind, welcoming and attentive to details, guarantees a high level of hospitality. Very beautiful and spacious room. Excellent location also from the transport point of view for Milan (railway station a few minutes walk away where trains to Milan continuously pass. You can reach Cadorna Station in 25 minutes). I am sure I will be happy to come back!

Mr. Elio is a fantastic and very helpful person. The property is located in a convenient location to reach both Monza and Milan, and in our case also the racetrack. Highly recommended, we had a great time. Very clean rooms.

Very sweet man, helped us every day and made plans for each day, so decent and generous. Everything was clean, breakfast is fantastic, location is good. Not far from Como, 30 minutes to Milan. We enjoyed the stay very much, I highly recommend it.

In a period when prices went crazy between Monza and Milan for the Springsteen concert and during the high season, the honesty in the quality-price ratio of 'Elio's Place' is commendable. Also notable are the service, the welcome, and the courtesy of Mr. Elio, as well as the quality of the double room we enjoyed. Located in a strategic position for visiting Milan, Monza, and Como, it is highly recommended.

Excellent structure, food, and cleanliness! If you want to disconnect from everyday life, Mr. Elio's B&B is a great alternative. Discretion and kindness are present. The train station is very close. Only downside: it's a bit far from the center of Seveso even though there is a nice grill pub a few hundred meters away where you can spend a pleasant evening. Recommended.

Elio is an exceptional host. Friendly and courteous in welcoming and always available for every need. The structure is very clean and welcoming and extremely quiet. The location is strategic to easily reach the Milan Fair or to stay outside the city, despite being less than 30 minutes from the center (traffic aside). Highly recommended.

Great stay. The room was well furnished, clean, and equipped with air conditioning and good internet connection (we worked together in the room without any problems). The experience was made special by the hospitality of Elio, who did everything to make our stay perfect.

I can't say enough about Elio's Place Bed & Breakfast! Our family truly enjoyed our stay! Elio & Lucca are some of the kindest people we have had the pleasure of meeting in our travels. The daily breakfast was so good... The cappuccino, the fresh brioche, fresh orange juice, and everything else that was available for us. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom also very clean and spacious with hair dryer available to you! Elio's place is conveniently located, a short walk to the train station that takes you to Milan, and Lake Como is driving distance. Elio, Lucca & Giulia are amazing, we will definitely return! We love Elio's Place! And Byron too!

Extremely friendly and kind staff, beautiful facility (even the garden is kept in excellent condition) and very clean. Also, it is excellent location-wise: there are very nice pubs and restaurants in the area and it is 700 meters from Seveso station. Highly recommended for those passing through that area!

Mi farà sempre piacere rivederLa e sentir raccontare della Sua terra meravigliosa, ma anche tribolata. In effetti tutti noi a distanza, sentir parlare delle eruzioni dell'Etna è affascinante. Lo spettacolo della natura e della sua potenza è mozzafiato. Da Lei ho avuto per la prima volta una testimonianza diretta dei danni che gli abitanti sulle pendici del vulcano subiscono in continuazione, con la cenere che sommerge tutto e con il superlavoro e spese per ripulire ogni volta. Con simpatia!
