This is a bright and modern apartment that is well-furnished and maintained. The entire house has parquet flooring.
There are three bedrooms, one with an attached bathroom and two with shared bathrooms. All rooms have a TV and free Wi-Fi.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine.
Guests can use the living room with a 55-inch TV, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table. There is also a terrace that can be accessed from the living room.
The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from the main entrance of the San Donato Milanese Polyclinic (Piazza Malan) and is connected by bus to the M3 subway.

The apartment is located a few meters from the hospital (entrance in front of the Hospital entrance of Piazza Malan). It is a well-kept apartment, with the possibility of using the kitchen, washing machine, iron, and clothes horse. Air conditioners and wifi in all rooms.
