An elegant and welcoming villa, nestled in the quiet hills of Esmate, with a small pool and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Perfect for relaxing holidays amidst nature, history, hiking, and stunning views of Lake Iseo. A short distance from medieval villages such as Solto Collina and Riva di Solto, as well as unique nature trails and fascinating hikes. The house can accommodate up to ten people, with one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. It's also possible to rent a single room, sharing the bathrooms and the rest of the house. The minimum accommodation period is 3 days.

We booked this house to be able to stay in the middle of nature during an off-season period, and that is what happened. We were also lucky enough to find snow. The house is very beautiful and, when needed, warm. The spaces are well organized, with large bedrooms and a spacious living room. The garden was arranged perfectly as well. The plus was the indoor parking with a garage, where up to 3 to 4 cars can fit. I highly recommend it. Marco is an excellent host and a local guide.
