"Dalmonte" Vacation Home in Brescia, 55 euros/day for two people for 7 days, for fewer nights we ask for an additional cost.
We manage the short-term rental of Dalmonte in Brescia, which is for exclusive use and not shared, located at Via Pietro Dal monte, 4.
ALL INCLUDED: utility expenses, air conditioning, WIFI, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bathroom linen (set of 3 towels per person), bed linen, electricity, heating, TV, taxes (including tourist taxes), condominium fees, FINAL CLEANING, hairdryer, washing machine.
The Dalmonte vacation home has an area of 50 square meters plus a balcony, with a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, and microwave. It is located on the first floor with an elevator and is equipped with air conditioning. It is bright, south-facing, and is located 400 meters from the main entrance of the Civil Hospital and the metro.
It is located 200 meters from the Città di Brescia Clinic.
There is a spacious washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron available. There is a convenient wardrobe in the entrance. Within a radius of 500 meters, you can find all services, free parking, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The historic center can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by metro.
Near the bathroom: there is the possibility of opening an additional 16 sqm room, completely renovated, with a large window, air conditioning, radiator, two beds, two bedside tables, and a large wardrobe. We make it available only by prior agreement and at an additional cost.
