In the center of San Donato Milanese stands the newly built CAV B&B Curiel20. Located in a quiet area near the POLICLINICO, the ENI business center, the BMW Italia headquarters, and the ATM training center, CAV B&B Curiel20 aims to make guests feel welcome and at home, serving as the ideal retreat during your stay in Milan. The environment is bright and furnished in a modern and comfortable style. Guests have access to a new and well-equipped kitchen to cook a warm meal just like at home. The structure is meticulously cared for and offers rooms with private gardens, bathrooms, LCD TVs, wardrobes, free WIFI, independent air conditioning, and heating. Additionally, there is a spacious area for guests to enjoy a rich buffet breakfast. The area is well served by public transportation, allowing easy access to the metro line 3 (yellow). The Policlinico hospital can be reached by bus 132, 130 O C, or with a 15-minute walk. The tangenziali and A1 highway are just two minutes away. The commuter train can also be reached within a five-minute walk. Guests have access to maps and necessary materials to make the most of their stay in Milan. Communication is an integral part of the welcome, so we will be happy to provide information on nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, and services. It is in this context that we look forward to welcoming you to spend a few days in our company.

The apartment is practically new, very clean, close to Ieo in a quiet neighborhood, you sleep very well, it has a nice kitchen, air conditioning, coffee machine and everything you need to cook if you want. A small garden allows you to see a little corner of sky in complete relaxation. Perfect.

The apartment met expectations, the photos correspond to reality, in terms of comfort, cleanliness and even the small garden space. The owners are very kind and helpful, the breakfast is good and plentiful. It is an excellent solution to visit Milan and surroundings, also thanks to the proximity of metro line M3 with attached ATM parking (a few minutes by car). Thank you for the hospitality, Stefano, Roberta, Debora.

The location is strategic for moving around both within the municipal area and to reach Milan, as it is located in a new construction context in the center of S. Donato Milanese. The kindness, courtesy, and availability of the ladies managing the property is absolutely exceptional. I recommend it without reservations.

I stayed at the B&B Curiel20 for only 2 nights for work reasons but I can say without a doubt that I had a really great time, welcomed as if I were at home. Barbara and Cinzia were very kind and extremely helpful for every need. The rooms are new and well-kept, the location in San Donato is very convenient, close to the Passante Ferroviario and at the same time quiet. To tell the truth, I would have stayed a few more days if I hadn't had to leave. Thanks again and I hope to be able to return soon to the B&B Curiel20. Francesca P.
