The property has been recently renovated with care to maintain original features such as wood and stone, creating a welcoming atmosphere with meticulously crafted decor.

The house offers two separate entrances to two rooms, each with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. The first room, Joy Room, is perfect for two guests and includes a terrace, a double bed, a desk, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The second room, Romantic Room, can accommodate up to three people and features an outdoor space overlooking the courtyard. It consists of a double bedroom, a living area with a single bed, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and oven. The bathroom with a shower also includes a hairdryer.

The location of the property is ideal for those who enjoy walking in nature or hiking in the surrounding mountains. Menaggio can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, and there is a free public parking lot just 100 meters from the house. Nearby, you will find three restaurants, a laundromat, and a tennis court. Additionally, it is the perfect spot to visit the Italian-German cultural center "Villa Vigoni. "
