“Costa Paradiso”… situated in a charming area of Sulzano on the Brescian shore of Lake Iseo also know as Lake Sebino, we look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing holiday that you will never forget.
Costa Paradiso enjoys a privileged position. On the northern side there is the largest lake Island in Europe ‘Monte Isola’ and a much smaller island named “San Paolo’ whilst on the southern side there is the peninsula “Montecolo’ where you can find the Sailing Centre ANS.
Costa Paradiso is also near to areas of natural beauty such as ‘Le Torbiere’ a protected wetland formed during the 18th Century through the cultivation of peat beds which provides an undisturbed habitat for numerous species of birds, ‘Monte Guglielmo’ a 1950 m high mountain or ‘Le Piramidi di Zone’ interesting rock structures formed through water erosion. ” Costa Paradiso” offers a range of personalized services, including Wi-Fi Free Area.
The bed & breakfast is a few kilometres away from ‘Franciacorta’ an area covered in vineyards and famous for the production of internationally renowned wine. You can also visit the nearby cities of Bergamo - Alta (the old part of the city comprising of Baroque, Renaissance and medieval architecture, Bergamo - Bassa which is the newer and more modern part of the city. A short car journey of about 30 minutes will bring you to the city of Brescia boasting two cathedrals, Roman ruins and a magnificent medieval castle.

Hello, let me introduce myself. I'm Mariangela and for 11 years I have embarked on this adventure! They say that necessity is the mother of invention and I have always believed in my dreams! Window dresser, merchant, entrepreneur, and at the end of 2010, after 40 years of work, I retired. Life gives and takes away, I live alone after the premature death of my husband and from here I started over, reinventing myself. Being a creative person by nature, I couldn't just sit idle. Having this splendid piece of land among the olive trees and directly by the lake, I thought it was an opportunity not to be missed, to make the world revolve around me, in my little paradise! I enjoy recycling, repurposing, and so I have given new life to some furniture that you can find in my B&B. I love animals and they are welcome at my place. I live with Lilli (found abandoned in a dumpster) for 17 years. At my place, you won't find a normal B&B, but rather two completely independent stone cottages directly by the lake with a swimming pool. I have created a relaxation space where guests can unwind. I have chosen not to have televisions in the cottages because the best view can be found by admiring the exclusive and romantic panorama. Pendolino Cottage has been completely renovated and expanded for this new 2018 season, while Leccino Cottage was renovated in 2016 for the occasion of the worldwide event of the Floating Piers! Area mid-centre
The town of Sulzano and the B&B "Costa Paradiso" can be easily reached from the main roads thanks to their proximity to both the A21 Brescia-Torino-Piacenza highway and the A4 Milano-Venezia highway.
If coming from the Milano-Venezia highway, it is recommended to take the exit at the Rovato toll booth, and then continue along the state road towards Lake Iseo. Follow the signs for Valle Camonica, passing through the towns of Adro, Cortefranca, Iseo, Covelo, and Pilzone until you reach Sulzano.
"Costa Paradiso" is located in Sulzano, at 21 Cesare Battisti Street.

What a top location and setting. Two beautiful, well-kept and very clean cottages with a refreshing pool and direct access to the lake. Host Marie-Angela truly goes above and beyond to make the stay very pleasant for her guests, providing practical tips and help where needed, such as choice and reservation of local restaurants, excursions, boat rental, stand up paddle, bike rental, wine tasting... Very spacious, well-kept and enclosed area where dogs are equally welcome. And what could be better than starting your day with a well-prepared breakfast at the foot of the lake with a fresh Italian cappuccino. Highly recommended!

Many positives: Very beautiful and clean facility, large pool, direct access to the lake, privacy, lovely bungalow with bathroom/kitchen/comfy bed/own terrace, parking, magnificent view, very friendly manager. Only small downside: no sidewalk in front of the house, just a road for cars, so you have to take the car when leaving the facility.

Location directly on the lake, very good tasteful furnishings. The noisy road just behind the property takes some getting used to and the property is only reachable by car, there is no pedestrian path to the nearby Sulzano. Unfortunately, the owner lets her dogs do their "business" on the lawn throughout the garden area. After pointing it out, the droppings were removed, but the owner was constantly busy, when we were there, chasing the dogs, calling them, etc., which greatly disturbed the privacy. We left earlier than planned.

Mein Hund Lilli lebt seit 17 Jahren bei mir, sie wurde blind und taub und ich folge ihr stets, wenn sie ihr Geschäft verrichtet. Mein anderer Hund Arthur ist 10 Jahre, sehr süß und anhänglich. Leider haben wir die Straße hinter dem B&B. Ich verstehe, dass es stören kann. Als Sie in der Nähe des Tisches ein ”Geschäft" gefunden hatten, entschuldigte ich mich, Arthur nicht gesehen zu haben, wie er hinausging und sein Geschäft erledigte. Ich sammelte es auf und reinigte die Stelle. Nachdem ich bemerkt habe, dass Sie meine Hunde beim Frühstück nicht gerne um sich hatten, habe ich beide immer im Haus gehalten. Ihre Aussage, dass die Hunde ihr Geschäft verrichtet haben und ich sie störend gejagt habe entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Ich erinnere Sie daran, dass wegen der Hitze meine Hunde den ganzen Nachmittag im Haus schliefen und ich mein Schwimmbad für die Privatsphäre meiner Gäste selbst nicht benutze. Für meine Gäste bin ich eine hilfsbereite, freundliche und gepflegte Betreiberin des B&B. Vielleicht haben Sie, für sich, mit meinem B&B nicht die passende Unterkunft gefunden. The host Mariaangela is very warm and puts a lot of effort with her guests. The view of the lake is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road behind the holiday homes is very noisy and can only be used on foot with a good life insurance. The accommodation is recommended for dog lovers - those who don't like dogs should look elsewhere.

Due cottage con piscina e bel prato con accesso diretto al lago, bellissimo panorama, gestore molto gentile disponibile, adatto per vacanze in coppia o in famiglia, vicino a Montisola raggiungibile a piedi + traghetto di pochi minuti.
Circuiti di passeggiate nelle vicinanze. Da consigliare.
