Room with a private bathroom located in an apartment on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator. There is a parking space in the condominium courtyard,closed by a gate. Breakfast is provided with a coffee station(machine and Dolce Gusto pods,rusks,Bauli croissants,single-portion jams). There is a kettle;I would have preferred assorted tea bags instead of the freeze-dried tea pods. The room is sized for 2 or 3 people,but it is full of beds(a double bed,two bunk beds,a small bed for a child). It is not suitable for 5 people. There is no wardrobe. The windows no longer have roller shutters(they used to be there,but were removed when the frames were replaced). There is a portable air conditioner installed rather haphazardly on a window:a wall-mounted air conditioner would be necessary(quieter,no water enters through the window when it rains,and there is no obstructive support frame on the floor). Very comfortable mattress. The property needs some maintenance(sink top peeling,front door that scratches the floor). Cleaning definitely needs improvement(dust on furniture and ornaments,limescale in the corners of the shower,etc). The manager is a delightful person,very helpful for any need.

My stay at the B&B was perfect. Mr. Roberto was very kind and welcomed me warmly. I recommend this establishment to everyone for the quality-price ratio and for the very quiet area in which it is located.
