Very good location of the accommodation. The rooms are nice (we stayed in the red room and in the white one) with a preference for the red one which overlooks the garden. Mia, the owner, is charming as well as Roxana who takes care of the rooms. We were delighted with our stay.

I have nothing to say. Mia is charming, welcoming and always available. It is a real cocoon located about 7 minutes from the Porta Genova subway station. The only small point to improve, I would say that we would have appreciated a bit of variety at breakfast, however, it was all perfectly fine. I recommend this place without the slightest hesitation.

Perfect location as you can reach many interesting places in the city within walking distance. In the evening, many restaurants are just a stone's throw away or in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Navigli. Staff and owner of the B&B are very courteous. For sure, we will stay again at Cocoon B&B on our next stop in Milan.

A cozy nest in an evolving neighborhood. Quiet yet close to everything by metro or tram, direct access from Central Station or Cadorna. The place has a history and is an architectural success. MUDEC and Navigli are just a stone's throw away. The welcome and breakfast are up to the place. Everything was as advertised on the website.

I stayed with my wife at this Cocoon B&B from the 23rd to the 25th of April and we were very happy with our choice. The structure is comfortable; it is located near the Navigli and not far from the center; public services are just a stone's throw away; the environments are clean; breakfast is good; the room is tidied up daily and the towels are changed daily; the quality/price ratio is excellent; the owner Mia and her collaborator are very kind people. Surely, if we return to Milan, we will try to book here again.

The structure is very nice and well managed, clean everywhere and everything is well thought out, you can see the hand of an architect. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and when you come back you find everything in order, better than how you left it, this is thanks to the lady who takes care of the service. The breakfast is simple but I only had coffee and delicious brioches, like the coffee. The best thing is the people who manage the Cocoon B&B, thanks to them the human relationship and the welcome are 11 out of 10. You feel at home and sleep well.

We stayed at this beautiful property for one night and we had a great time, the location is great, very close to the metro and a stone's throw from the navigli. The place is very quiet, peaceful away from the chaos and traffic of Milan. The landlady was very kind, friendly and very helpful to our needs. In the morning we found a delicious breakfast with a wide choice from tea to latte, yogurt, dried fruit, fruit juice all with a well-kept garden view and with a sweet and delicate fragrance of jasmine entering the kitchen. Very quiet and peaceful area despite being a stone's throw from the Navigli and the green Porta Genova metro. Cleanliness and interior design (especially attention to detail) I believe are the real difference compared to other B&Bs. Varied and diverse breakfast. The owner is a very helpful person. Beautiful structure, masterfully redeveloped industrial building; located in the Porta Genova area, quiet and peaceful. Comfortable and clean room, bathroom linens always changed daily. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of products, particularly delicious croissants! I recommend it.

Everything perfect for staying one night. Some shortcomings: I personally believe that the presence of the owner on site is essential to resolve routine issues such as the heating being on at night without the possibility of turning it off, with a heat that is almost unbearable, shower with a dirty shower head, TV with instructions for turning on that do not match the correct procedure.\n\nBut for one night, everything is bearable considering the beautiful design of the structure and the excellent location. Definitely the welcome can be improved.

What can I say? A very pleasant surprise. A more fitting name for this nice corner of tranquility could not have been found: you close the heavy gate and from the hustle and bustle of a very busy area you find yourself in a world apart. The rooms are lovely, furnished with taste and originality by the owner who has personally designed and taken care of them. After a very warm welcome that makes you feel almost at a friend's home, the first thing that catches your eye is the cleanliness. Then it's the little detail that wins you over: a package with information about local places and city attractions opens with a brief description of how the idea of this unique B&B was born and continues with some personal advice, not just an impersonal list. I hope to find a place again in the future and not have to settle for a hotel.

The Cocoon B&B is a gem in the heart of Milan's fashion district: a stone's throw from the famous via Tortona and a few meters from porta Genova (MM3 - green line), it is an oasis of peace and tranquility that surprises already upon entering the entrance gate. The value for money, then, is truly excellent: it is a rarity in this respect as well. I recommend it to anyone passing through Milan and wanting to experience a different and unexpected dimension for a few days: I will certainly return.

We had a really nice stay at the Cocoon B&B. Unfortunately Mia, the owner, wasn't there at the same time. But we had a very nice contact via email before! Instead, the maid Oksana took great care of us and was very nice. Also, the B&B was in really good condition, the red room was big, clean, and had a really nice view of the garden. The location, near Porta Genova and Naviglio Grande, is perfect, close to the center but also quiet at night. We really liked staying there and would come back.

We were looking for accommodation near the Navigli and this was perfect: just 800 m from the very nice street (also pedestrian) leading to the Navigli, less than 10 minutes walk to be on the banks of the grand canal. Great trust from the owner, Mia, who left her doors 'wide open' for us. We only saw her the next morning and paid only at that time. Highly recommend and if we have to return to Milan, it will be at her place. Just steps away from Porta Genova station, many trams and metro lines connect this neighborhood to the center and other areas of Milan.

Perfect 4-night stay, very pleasant, quiet, close to transportation (train, metro, tram) and restaurants. Located right near the Navigli district. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Mia is an absolutely remarkable host, and will provide you with a wealth of information. A must-see.

Good morning! This place is a little corner of paradise in the Tortona/Savona area. Beautiful rooms, garden, and the kindness of the hostess! Both the rooms and the breakfast room are of excellent taste and very clean. Very convenient area to reach the city center. I highly recommend it.

A peaceful and welcoming place in Milan. I loved feeling almost at home and the decoration is really nice. Thanks to the lady who does the cleaning (whose name I don't remember) and who was really very kind. As for Mia, she is truly an extraordinary host.

The Cocoon has truly been an oasis of relaxation for me during the three days of work and study spent in Milan. I stayed in the white room, simply delightful, warm, and welcoming, tastefully furnished, with nothing left to chance, color combinations always perfect throughout the structure. Breakfast with a view of the garden, a very pleasant start to the day. The owner, Mrs. Mia, is very cheerful and helpful. Definitely a place I would return to with great pleasure.
