Vacation home Civile21 is available for 55 euros per day for two people, for a minimum of 7 days. For fewer nights, there will be an additional charge. We manage short-term rentals.

EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED: utilities, air conditioning, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom, bathroom towels (3 towels per person), bed linen, electricity, heating, LCD TV, taxes (including tourist tax), condominium fees, FINAL CLEANING, hairdryer, washing machine.
Civile21 is a 60 sqm one-bedroom apartment with two large balconies and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is located on the second floor with an elevator and has air conditioning.
The bathroom with a shower is inside the bedroom.
It is bright, quiet, facing south, with a view of the hills of Costalunga.
Inside the apartment, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
The property is in front of the Civil Hospital and the metro station. The Città Di Brescia clinic is just a few steps away.
Within a radius of 500 meters, you can find all services, free parking, and supermarkets.

La struttura si trova a prossimità della metropolitana il che è molto comodo. l'unico problema è la vicinanza all'ospedale e quindi di notte si sentono le sirene delle autoambulanze; ci si abitua.
Abbiamo potuto usufruire di un parcheggio in zona non a pagamento per tutta la settimana.
La pulizia è ottima e il tutto è stato perfetto.
Bravi, continuate cosi.
