Dear Greg...I'm sorry I don't deserve a higher rating in your review...we began our conversation months before your arrival to offer you various suggestions...what was not to your liking about our abundant breakfast? And about cleaning of your room? We accommodated all your requests and we are very sorry you didn't like it (you asked early breakfast all morning and you found all in your room)....We can't change the time of breakfast and if we arrive too early (at 7) we disturbe all other guests with the noise of the kitchen ...we must follow our rules and you found them when you choose where to book

The property is one block from the lakeside, from a supermarket and various restaurants and bars. Really great location, although very close, it is not chaotic. The room was clean, the bathroom stunning, breakfast excellent and abundant. When we arrived on Easter Sunday, the owner had left us a little gift with cookies, chocolate eggs, and prosecco.

The room is not very large, but the first impression is pretty. A lot of rules for the stay are not right, the hostess sent me about 15 messages, it is very tiring. For breakfast, good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, old biscuits, one portion of 15 grams of butter for two, not fresh croissants, some other pastries, we did not take, and yogurt. The price for the winter period is normal.
