Welcome to Civico 62 in the picturesque municipality of Canzo, an enchanting place surrounded by a splendid natural setting a stone's throw from Lake Segrino.
Located on the main road leading to the town center, our newly renovated apartment is ideal for hosting a family or a group of friends of up to 4/6 people. It enjoys large spaces, a bright living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and two welcoming bedrooms, available to guests with a first supply of bed linen and towels.
The apartment has two balconies where you can relax, the Wi-Fi included is free, the private parking is located inside the property where there is a video surveillance system of the external area.
Civico 62 enjoys an excellent strategic position for visiting the suggestive cities of Como and Lecco or being enchanted by the delightful alleys of Bellagio, 30/40 minutes by car you can reach the suggestive villages overlooking Lake Como or reach a Milan glamorous with its aperitifs and cultural events. For nature lovers, the surrounding area offers opportunities for excursions on foot or by bicycle along panoramic paths, starting directly from Civico 62.
Furthermore, Canzo is well connected to public transport, so it is easy to reach Milan even by train.

Wonderful stay at Lorena’s apartment! Everything was clean and new. Nice touches like snacks, coffee, soaps, towels, hooks, etc. Comfortable beds. Host was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very nice and spacious apartment, the kitchen is very well-equipped. Microwave, kettle, bread warmer, nothing is missing. Super clean and comfortable, comfortable mattresses, sheets that smell fresh. The location is very convenient to reach the apartment and from there start to visit Lake Como; nearby there are very beautiful nature trails and very close there is a charming little lake where you can take a walk. The town center is 500 meters away, easy to reach even on foot, it is small but very nice with all the main services, very good pastry shops for breakfast. The owner has been welcoming and helpful from the start, we felt at home. We will definitely be back.
