The brand new B&B "Civico 58" has just been renovated and is located in Faloppio, just 10 km from the center of Como. The property is also situated 7 km from Sant'Anna Hospital (San Fermo della Battaglia) and 6 km from the Swiss border.
We offer 2 double rooms and one single room, all with private bathrooms. The furnishings are new and comfortable, including a wardrobe, desk, flat-screen TV with national channels, electronic safe, memory foam mattresses and pillows, air conditioning (in each room), and heating.
The bathrooms in all rooms are equipped with a shower and bidet, and we provide a courtesy set that includes shower gel, shampoo, and soap, as well as a hairdryer and bath linens.
Civico 58 also offers free private parking, without a surveillance service. The entrance to the property is accessible without architectural barriers.
As for breakfast, in compliance with current regulations, it is served with pre-packaged products to ensure maximum safety.

I just stayed here. The rooms were large and clean, with modern furnishings. The bathrooms were nice and spacious. The Italian breakfast was excellent, as was the friendliness of the owners.

Great B&B, I recommend it to everyone. From the outside, breathtaking view towards Switzerland. Clean and especially sanitized rooms. The B&B is brand new, well organized, and very clean. The managers are very welcoming and open to any request. We stayed in the green room, which has excellent space and the large bathroom equipped with aids for disabled guests. The location is perfect for Como and Varese. We recommend it without a shadow of a doubt and, when the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

We stayed in this establishment for only one night and being five, we occupied all the rooms. The owners are courteous, friendly, helpful, and attentive to the well-being of the customer. The rooms are new, tastefully furnished, and equipped, in my opinion, for every need. There is also a parking space. I can certainly recommend this B&B and I would like to extend my compliments to Mr. Paolo and his wife.

Recently renovated structure, extremely clean and located in a quiet and peaceful area. Surely its strong point is the owner, Paolo, a super kind and friendly person.
