The two-room apartments can accommodate up to 3 people, 2 in a double room (Black & White) and up to 4 people (Color).
Just a few steps away and you are in the city center, where you will have access to any service you need, from pharmacies to banks, from bookstores to patisseries.
You will also find pizzerias and restaurants of all kinds very close to home.
These recently renovated non-smoking apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor of a house from the early 1900s, and they will welcome you in a spacious and very comfortable environment, with a contemporary design.

We are just 150 mt away from the train station and 100 mt from the centre of Rho. The location, even if it is in center city, it is extremely calm and equipped with every service, from banks to pharmacies, from shops to restaurants. At 20 meters there is a marketplace where you can find fish, fruit bread and cheese. We have 2 apartments completely furnished with kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, tv 32 ", internet free and they're both independent heating.
An apartment is endowed with double room, while in the other one you can choose the double bed or two single beds, besides, in the living room there is a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double twin bed.
Cleaning with complete change of the weekly laundry and everything you need for a breakfast in the apartment. Possibility on request of private covered parking at mt. 20 from the Residence.

I am an electrician from the province of Reggio Calabria and, on the occasion of the international security fair held in Rho, I went up to Milan and stayed at the Cimarhosa House residence from November 19 to 22 of this month. This was the third time I have visited the Security fair and it was the only time in which, thanks to the perfect choice of accommodation, I was able to move around the city with unprecedented convenience. A few meters from the residence there is truly everything (train station, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy), all within walking distance and allowing you to admire the city's attractions. As for Mr. Sergio, the owner, he is a serious, honest person and above all willing to meet his guests' needs, assisting them from the day of arrival until the last minute before departure. In conclusion, now that I have had the good fortune to discover Cimarhosa House, for my next visits to the international fair in Rho it will be my only reference for accommodation. 10 out of 10.

Very satisfied with the welcome, we couldn't find better. The owner is a splendid, generous and understanding person of other people's problems, always available to lend a hand. I recommend it for those who have to stay in Rho. Surely you can find the same, but not better.

The apartment is located a few steps from the center and the Rho station, a convenient and strategic location. The apartment is tidy, clean, equipped with all comforts, and very spacious. We had a very pleasant stay, moreover the owner is a person of exquisite courtesy, always available and kind. The apartment is highly recommended even for those who want to find accommodation away from the urban chaos of Milan, Rho is a few kilometers from the capital.

I did not stay at CimaRhosa House due to lack of availability, but the manager kindly sent me an SMS to inform me. I would give a ten as a rating just for this kindness, it shows care and attention, regardless of economic gain. A journalist traveling for work.

I stayed with my son for 3 nights for the last days of the EXPO and we had a good time. Everything in order, clean, and perfect. Close to Rho station, convenient to reach the Fair. The Black & White apartment is perfect for families too. In a nearly central and quiet location. As my son said: "It almost feels like home". We highly recommend it. If we were to return to Milan, we would gladly stay at CimaRhosa House.

I stayed with my family for one night in the color apartment. I was impressed by the friendliness of the manager, very helpful and kind, besides giving me many suggestions on how to move around the city and reach the Expo. The B&B CimaRhosa is well organized, with every kind of comfort. We couldn't have found better, we recommend it to everyone.

Comfortable, modern, clean spaces and in the immediate vicinity of Rho station, which in just 5 minutes takes you to Rho Fiera to visit the expo.\n\nWe chose this property based on the photos posted by the owner and I must say that they accurately reflect the apartment. I stayed in the Color apartment for 2 days, last weekend to visit Expo 2015 and I was very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped, with modern furnishings and pleasant interior finishes. The kitchen is well organized, with induction hobs, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, etc. Excellent cleanliness in every area. The services described on the website are all actually available, efficient, and of good quality. The manager is very courteous, welcoming, and helpful; always punctual for appointments and easily reachable for any need. He gave us several tips to move around and orient ourselves in Rho and Milan, which were very useful. I really recommend the property to families, couples, or groups of friends who want to visit Milan or the surroundings. I would love to come back in the future, maybe even for a longer stay.
