Area Niguarda
Niguarda is probably the most Milanese neighborhood in Milan.
It is dominated by the enormous white marble hospital, one of the best in Italy, inaugurated in 1939.
It freed itself one day earlier from the Nazi-Fascism that still plagued the rest of the city, and the partisan memory is imprinted in the large red mural at the entrance of the neighborhood.
Located to the north of the city, it is practically a separate village, inhabited by middle-class families, densely populated with associative and cooperative structures, shops, bars, wine bars, and take-out food places.
Heading towards Bicocca, Prato Centenario is an interesting and unknown popular neighborhood to the east of Fulvio Testi, with one of the largest and most multicultural open-air markets in Milan (via Val Maira, every Thursday) and a covered municipal market from the 1950s (on via Moncalieri).
At the beginning of via Val Maira, the neighborhood maintains a historic core of beautiful late 19th-century houses with bars and tables.

I must say that I had absolutely no idea what to expect, given the lower price compared to other options in the area where I was looking. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, the cleanliness, the structure, and the comfort were impeccable for the type of service offered. Everything was really honest, straightforward, and comfortable, even the automatic check-in was fine by me. I will definitely keep the accommodation in mind and would recommend it to friends with similar needs. Thank you for everything.

The structure is located near a park, an excellent café for breakfast, and the Arcimboldi Theater, with parking available inside and outside. The managers turned out to be kind and helpful. The rooms and the accommodation were clean and equipped with the essentials. It's a pity that in the assigned room there was a bed that didn't seem like a double bed and was also a bit short for my size. I am 1.80 m tall. For us, who stayed only one night, it's a minor issue.

The location was overall ok, a bit far from the center but anyway easily reachable by public transport. The major issue were the works and renovations at the property, with drilling and cutting from 9am each day of the stay. Apart from this, the room was really clean and comfortable, excellent value for money.

I stayed only one night, the Bed and Breakfast is nice, but above all clean and quiet. The room was equipped with everything necessary, including a small refrigerator. If I really have to find a flaw, the shower is really small, a person of large build would find it difficult to fit in. It is served by all means of transport: tram, bus and metro (not very close, about 12/13 minutes on foot), quiet area even at night. All the guys working there were very kind and helpful, they even offer luggage storage. I would say the value for money is more than good.

Comfortable, clean, modern, excellent value for money. I suggest keeping the faucets, shower, and toilet sprayer more in order and properly functioning. Everything got flooded because there are leaks and malfunctions, no hot water, no TV but it is not essential for short stays or one night. Overall good, I will return.
