Easily reachable on foot from the central station and close to 2 other metro stops. Clean, welcoming, very large rooms on the second floor, recently renovated bathroom, large and equipped with amenities for guests (hairdryer, bath products), everything works well, even the wi-fi network. Varied breakfast with fresh (cakes, croissants, fruit) and packaged products. Possibility to leave luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Smiling and kind staff. For being in Milan where everything seems to cost a bit more, good value for money.

We paid 50€ for 2 days of parking, even though this service was included in the offer. The operator offered us to park for free on the street. However, those do not belong to him, as they are public parking spaces. \nA bit mysterious, even if they were offered as private parking!

Good little hotel very convenient 10 minutes walk from the train station. Clean, pleasant and well soundproofed room. Basic but correct breakfast with garden view. Friendly welcome. However, two complaints about your site: 1. The reserved room was supposed to be overlooking the garden, we were on the street, which was not a big deal as there is double glazing - 2. We were charged a tourist tax even though the booking confirmation you sent us mentioned that everything was included in the price (I have sent a complaint to your customer service for a refund, so I will update my review as soon as you have processed this).

My daughter and I had a great time. The structure and the managers are welcoming and helpful. Everything was working and in perfect condition. Excellent cleanliness. If I had to come back to Milan, I would definitely return!

We use the train in Europe and this beautiful room is located a very easy walking distance from Milan's main train station and we had very large roller bags to schlep! For us it was a pleasant "discovery walk" to the Duomo and central Milan. The trollies and subway are right there as well! We would stay there again.

Good location in a quiet street just a few blocks from Stazione Centrale. Our room overlooked the garden. Staff were friendly and accommodating (and patient with our stumbling Italian).
