The menu is fixed and follows the seasons: everything that arrives at the table is strictly produced on the farm to guarantee maximum authenticity.
Our dinner starts at 8:30 PM, our lunch at 12:30 PM, the service is unique so your punctuality is required.
The menu changes every day and is established at the beginning of the week based on fresh products from the farm.
The menu always includes a selection of farm appetizers, two first courses, and a meat main course accompanied by a hot side dish; to finish, homemade dessert, coffee, and digestif.
