We rent out part of a beautifully restored early 20th-century Lombard farmhouse for short stays. The property is located in a quiet, green area.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors, each with its own independent entrance:
GROUND FLOOR – Independent one-bedroom apartment
Private entrance, with a living room and fully equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, separate double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Ideal for 2–4 guests. A particularly convenient solution for families, thanks to the private spaces, kitchen and peaceful surroundings.
FIRST FLOOR – 2 double bedrooms
The first floor has an independent entrance and is accessed via a staircase. It includes two double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. There is no kitchen on this floor, but guests have access to a washing machine and everything needed for breakfast. The entire floor can be rented, making it ideal for two couples travelling together or a family with children, or alternatively, individual rooms can be rented separately.
Cascina Carolina is suitable for different types of stays: ideal for families looking for comfort and tranquillity, couples seeking a private and charming place to stay, and business travellers who appreciate independence and a quiet environment.
Throughout the property you will find fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, cotton bed linen and towels. The peaceful location and surrounding greenery offer a relaxing atmosphere while remaining convenient for getting around.

We are Martina and Mattia, a married couple since 2019, and Cascina Carolina is a project we started in 2024 and have developed with passion and great attention to detail. Today, we are happy to share it with you and hope to make you feel a little at home.
We live in Monza, but our roots are in Puglia, and we share our home with Dalì, our cat. We absolutely love animals and dream of having a home with a large garden, a vegetable patch and maybe even a cow someday! ??
