Breakfast

For the rooms on the third floor (Giada, Sabbia, Pistacchio, Cobalto), breakfast is served in the dining room around a large table from 8: 00 to 10: 00. common with a stocked fridge, a kettle and a "nespresso" to make yourself a tea or coffee, biscuits, etc.

The breakfast is Italian and consists of coffee / tea alongside quality bread, a homemade cake, always butter, honey and jams, fresh citrus juice, cereals, yoghurt. On request we prepare an "English" breakfast with eggs, cold cuts and / or cheeses.

In the rooms / apartments on the second floor (Ardesia Room, Ardesia Studio) breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED as the accommodations are equipped to make it yourself. Upon arrival, guests will find some courtesy products..

CasaTitta Bed & Breakfast is in the Center-North area of Milan, strategically located between the major train stations (Stazione Garibaldi and Stazione Centrale), easy to reach by public transport from all airports (Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo-Orio al Serio for those who fly in with Ryan Air).

At walking distance is the trendy Quartiere Isola where one may find a large choice of restaurants, wine and music-bars.

At a few more minutes of walk is the newly built area of Porta Nuova with its impressive architecture. The major Trade Centers (Fiera di Milano and Rho Fiera) are reachable by underground.

CasaTitta B&B is very well connected to the Underground Network (M3 Yellow, M5 Purple) : which makes all its major attractions at easy reach: Duomo, Teatro alla Scala, Brera, Via Montenapoleone, San Siro.

The room was spotless and incredibly practical, with a fully equipped kitchen—appliances, dishes, cookware—perfect for cooking, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, our schedule only allowed one night, but it was the kind of place I could’ve happily stayed longer. \n\nThe host was fantastic—quick to respond to questions before we arrived and very flexible when our plans changed last minute. It’s a bit farther from the city center, but considering the price, it offered great value. If I ever go back to Milan, I’d be more than happy to stay here again.

We booked because it is close to the Humanitas S.Pio X hospital but also excellent for reaching the city center as it is just a few minutes' walk from the Maciachini metro station. Always a few minutes' walk away, you can reach the Isola district where you can find restaurants and entertainment venues, including the Alcatraz nightclub. The facility is excellent with personalized rooms. Ours was the Sabbia room with a small balcony, spacious, bright, and quiet. The cleanliness is impeccable. Ms. Domitilla is a delightful person, very welcoming and available for all needs. The breakfast is excellent and varied, served in a very bright and elegant common room, and for all needs, there is always a zone with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator with everything needed to independently make coffee, tea, grab an aperitif, and have a snack whenever one wants. Definitely recommended.

A corner of tranquility, easily reachable by metro. Everything is designed to offer a relaxing and welcoming experience. A good selection of books in the rooms, soft colors, a breakfast room with a family atmosphere, with relaxing music in the background. The possibility of entry through the link provided by the management is also convenient. Very friendly staff, reasonable price. Truly excellent.

I stayed at CasaTitta for 4 nights while attending a CPHI Milan Exhibition. The host was very nice and supportive, even though I was late for check-in, she waited for me and gave a detailed explanation about the apartment and the surroundings. In the apartment, she left different food and beverages for breakfast. The apartment itself was quite big for 1-2 persons and had a big bathroom. Cleanliness 10/10, the apartment was cleaned every day and even the sheets were changed daily. Great location to the Fiera Milano (exhibition place) as well with a 10-minute walk to the train station and 3 stops in 30 minutes you were on site. Probably one of the best places I have stayed in Europe. Thank you for the good hospitality, I would be glad to stay at CasaTitta next time I am in Milan.

The apartment had many useful things such as a mini kitchen and the host was very kind to provide some snacks. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very nice. We loved the suggested walking path. It was also very clean.

Excellent clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The host Domitilla and her staff were very welcoming and helpful and they speak good English. The B&B is about 10 minutes walk from the metro. We arrived early and had a coffee while we waited but were given a room in about half an hour. Breakfast is good, nice coffee and fresh orange juice.

The structure is super equipped, elegant and functional. Daily cleaning with frequent linen changes. There is the possibility to use the washing machine, very useful for long stays. There is an ATM parking lot for cars in front and a nearby metro station. There is a discount supermarket in the adjacent building. The refrigerator is stocked with milk, fruit juices and water, along with cookies, tea, coffee and jams (really useful, especially upon arrival).

We were very satisfied during our stay at CasaTitta. The hostess is a very kind lady, who makes a great effort and the treatment was very friendly and attentive. During breakfast, we felt like we were in a cozy family living room. She makes homemade muffins for the guests and they were a real highlight. The facility is clean, has an elevator, a small kitchenette with chilled water to dispense, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. We opted for the Cobalt room for three people and it was pleasant in size, as you can move more freely compared to other hotels where you quickly feel cramped. When the windows were open, there was hardly any street noise heard, as it is located on a side street. I highly recommend it, because everything fit perfectly. We will gladly return if we visit Milan again.

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast during a weekend organized for a football match. The structure is strategically located, allowing you to reach the M3 metro stop Maciachini (connecting to the Central Station) in 5 minutes and a few more minutes for the M5 Marche stop (leading to San Siro). The rooms are well-kept and clean, and we also greatly appreciated the opportunity to help ourselves to water, coffee, or herbal teas from the small corner provided outside the rooms. We can only thank the owner infinitely, who was extremely helpful and understanding with all our sudden changes. We are sorry we did not have the opportunity to meet and thank her personally; while at the property, we were greeted by Francisco, who was very nice and kind as well. We were really sad to leave; we felt at home. We will definitely come back! P.S. The tips found in the room about local restaurants for our dinners were very useful; we ate very well!

I spent only one night at CasaTitta, during the marathon on April 7, 2024. I can say I found it very cute and welcoming, as well as clean and well-kept even in small details (I especially appreciated the presence of books in the room). Upon my arrival, I found Camilla, professional, kind, and very helpful in providing me with any requested information. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it, except that in this case too, Camilla showed me the designated room upon my arrival and immediately inquired if I had any special needs considering the marathon. Everything seemed excellent from this point of view as well. The location is also excellent (close to the metro) and, for those like me arriving by car, there is a very cheap covered parking nearby (Maciachini Park). I definitely recommend it, you will have a good experience.

I needed a place close to the Humanitas San Pio X clinic where my husband was hospitalized; this place is very close (less than 5 minutes on foot). Excellent value for money, very helpful and friendly staff. I asked the owner for a pillow for my husband to face the rather long return journey, and the lady kindly gave me one and did not want me to pay for it. Additionally, we found in the room, as a welcome gesture: biscuits, jams, coffee capsules, and rusks. Highly recommended.

Cozy apartment with multiple rooms and common spaces for breakfast. Well-organized reception with online locks for both communal and private accesses. Clean and high-quality environments for stylish furniture. The location in the Maciachini area is problematic for car parking, possible only for a fee. 30 minutes on foot to the Duomo, 10 minutes to the nearest metro stop. No assistance is provided for parking. The cost per night is slightly above average. Area with restaurants and markets within walking distance. Payment is required at the entrance of the structure.

Mi spiace che lei abbia trovato così difficoltoso il parcheggio ma non credo che in altre zone della città sarebbe stato meglio, a beneficio di chi legge.... faccio presente che Casatitta NON si trova in zona ZTL, nella via ci sono le strisce blu (a pagamento), nel mezzo di Viale Marche parcheggio libero (e solitamente tutti trovano lì), a 50 metri un magnifico parcheggio sotterraneo gestito dal Comune e piuttosto conveniente (vedi in rete Maciachini Park e localizza con googlemaps). L'assistenza per parcheggiare consiste nelle informazioni che diamo agli ospiti che le chiedono, non abbiamo un inserviente in livrea sul portone come in alcuni hotel a 5 stelle! ... questo è un B&B situato in un edificio residenziale. The structure is highly recommended for both short and long stays. I have been there twice within a month as it fully met my needs, thanks to its very central location. However, it is secluded just right, I was able to park the car for free on the avenue a few meters from the structure. It is also close to the Metro and the Central station. The owner and the staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are very cozy. I stayed in both the single and the double and in both I found all the comforts I needed. Wonderful Bed & Breakfast, very tastefully and cozily furnished and managed. Very clean. A small kitchen can be used anytime for coffee or tea, and there is also a fridge available for personal food. Depending on the guests, it may get a bit noisy in the rooms, but that didn't bother me. As the B&B is located in a normal residential house, you can also hear normal everyday noises of a multi-family building. The B&B is a bit off the center, so you get to know Milan also away from the tourist crowds. Domitilla has great tips for walks and local restaurants and cafes. I will definitely remember it for my next visit to Milan!

We had a great time. CasaTitta is very stylishly decorated, the furnishings look very upscale (nice towels, high-quality soap). Upon arrival, we found a folder with information about Milan that included great recommendations from the hostess (a very personal touch, more than the standard tourist program). We stayed only one night. The CasaTitta facility is well maintained and welcoming. Clean and functional room. Large and equipped bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a kitchen area with still and sparkling water dispenser and bottles, fridge, kettle, coffee machine to be used at any time. Coffee pods, tea bags, cookies are provided. This time we chose a two-room apartment with a kitchen and found it very comfortable and functional, with remarkable stylistic details, and the building is also very well maintained. Several breakfast products were made available even though it was not included. Definitely recommended for a business or leisure stay. The location is very convenient, just a few steps away there is the metro stop from which you can reach the most central and important areas of Milan. It feels like home, Mrs. Domitilla and collaborator Camilla are simply delightful! The only thing that made me a little disappointed on this last two-night stay is the fact that the room was not cleaned because on Sunday. The structure is not organized with staff in charge of the rooms, information that was not provided at the time of booking.

Very close to the Maciachini metro stop and tram stops. The environment is very well taken care of in the smallest details, truly pleasant. When we arrived for check-in, we were greeted by Camilla, who was very kind and also gave us some directions to reach the major points of interest and utility starting from the B&B. The room, complete with all comforts, was clean, bright, and well furnished. The breakfast was very rich, including homemade pastries. We were really pleased that on the last morning of our stay, not being able to have breakfast at the established time to leave, Camilla kindly left us a tray with breakfast already prepared for us. We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for 4 nights in September. The owner is very kind and helpful, as well as the staff. The cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are spacious and new, as well as the bathroom. The premises are air-conditioned. The breakfast is good and more than enough. Nearby there is free parking and if you want, at 50 meters there is also the Maciachini parking lot at low prices. The metro is 100 meters away. The structure accepts holiday bonuses, so it is also very convenient in this period. We were very satisfied, we will definitely come back. I recommend it!

Pleasant, elegant and welcoming, this is how the Ardesia apartment at CasaTitta was presented to me. I spent a week with my family and we felt right at home. Friendly hospitality from Domitilla. Strategic location for quickly reaching the most famous destinations by tram. Highly recommended.

Qui la colazione è servita personalmente, ci sono latte, tè e caffè della moka e/o della Nespresso, arance fresche spremute al momento, pane - il più delle volte fatto in casa- assortimento di marmellate scelte, cereali e muesli, yogurt di prima qualità e torta. Spacious room, tastefully furnished, new and comfortable bathroom, all very clean. Abundant breakfast, with various options, including homemade pastries. Located in a quiet street, outside the city center but well connected and close to two metro lines (also very pleasant the long walk to the center, through the neighborhoods of Brera and Porta Nuova). Excellent value for money, I would recommend it and would gladly return.

In a small and quiet Liberty-style condominium, the room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Just a short walk from the clinic we needed. A covered, guarded municipal parking lot with a fair price. The B&B is located in a lively neighborhood near the center, with tram and metro lines, full of small restaurants, shops, and bars for a nice aperitif. We thank Mrs. Domitilla for the welcome and all the advice and directions she kindly provided.

It is a unique, peculiar structure where it is impossible to feel uncomfortable. Rooms and services are spacious, bright, clean, well-heated and equipped with everything. Cleanliness? I have never stayed in such a clean structure, hygiene not even found in 4-star hotels. Mrs. Domitilla is the perfect combination of professionalism and availability. In the area, there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, post offices, shops, metro approximately 5 minutes away. I would not choose any other structure to stay in Milan. Fantastic stay, I wouldn't have left!

Great location to visit the city center and concerts at San Siro (two metro stations for the yellow and lilac lines nearby). The area is also quiet in the evening and there are many restaurants nearby. The landlady is very friendly and the house is comfortable and convenient. A nice corner of Milan to stay! We stayed, my friend and I, in this fantastic Bed and Breakfast for Fashion Week. The structure seems only apparently far from the center, but with the metro or a nice tourist walk (about 50 minutes) you are immediately in Piazza Duomo! We immediately liked the environment: spacious room, well cleaned, with every comfort (from air conditioning to mosquito net); outside our room, a small space for a quick snack: crackers, tea, herbal teas, espresso machine, small minibar... and all completely free! The breakfast - for all tastes and palates - gave us the opportunity to talk with other guests (from Argentina and Canada) around the same table. A beautiful family experience (given the environment!) The manager very helpful! Highly recommended.

Excellent structure in a very decent city context, the owner exquisite very refined person. Room and bathroom very clean, varied and abundant breakfast, fair price. If we really want to find a flaw: the water purifier (which is useless as the Milan aqueduct provides excellent drinking water) is noisy, if activated at night it is annoying.
