Description
Casaserena is a "tourist apartment". It is located in a residential complex consisting of villas and apartments surrounded by greenery and with a large communal garden. It is the perfect location for families or business travelers who prefer functionality and comfort over cramped spaces. It is only 300 meters away from Gessate Metro Station and can be reached in just a 5-minute walk.
Situated on the first floor of the residential building, it has a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the public garden, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the internal garden, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Only exceptionally, and only upon request from families, the sofa bed can be used to accommodate one or two additional people.
The use of the kitchen is allowed for preparing breakfast and light meals, with prior communication to the manager. The accommodation is delivered in order, with clean bed linen and towels.
Accessibility and Connections
Casaserena is located on the Milan-Bergamo route and due to its equidistance, it is the ideal location for stays that involve itineraries to Milan, Monza (city or racetrack), and Bergamo. For those who wish to use public transportation only, the metro to Milan/RHO Fiera can be reached in a few minutes on foot. If the stay only involves itineraries in Milan or commuting to San Raffaele Hospital, a private car is not necessary.
Milan Central Station is approximately 30 minutes away by metro, while San Raffaele Hospital can be reached directly by metro in 25 minutes.

Limited to the needs of the first two days, products for an Italian breakfast are made available (fruit juice, milk/yogurt, croissants, coffee/tea, fruit, mineral water). As a "tourist use apartment," access (to outsiders/manager) is not allowed without violating privacy. Therefore, breakfast is prepared independently by the guests and enjoyed in the living room, which also has a themed mini library, TV, WIFI, and serves as an occasional communal space.

With journeys of less than half an hour, Casaserena can be the starting point for interesting discoveries in the northern Adda Park and more generally in the Lombard territory. Easily reachable in a short time are the Acquaneva Water Park in Inzago, the Sanctuary of Caravaggio, the Birthplace of Pope John XXIII in Sotto il Monte, the late 19th century Workers' Village (already a UNESCO site) in Crespi d'Adda, the historic Taccani hydroelectric power plant, still functioning, in Trezzo d'Adda, Leplandia, and the Prehistory Park.
From Trezzo, one of the most beautiful and wild itineraries in Italy, walking along the course of the Adda river up to Lecco, allows you to see from below the Paderno d'Adda bridge (late 19th century industrial archaeology) towering 85m above the river level, entirely made of steel, and a little further on, up to Imbersago, important Leonardo da Vinci's achievements.

Really well-kept independent solution managed by the host Giuseppe, who stands out for his friendliness, kindness, and courtesy. There is an apartment available with all the comforts of the case. Spacious bedroom, large bathroom, living room with sofa and table available, as well as a kitchenette where it is possible to prepare something for breakfast and dinner. I have been to the Casaserena BnB several times for work reasons and I have always been well received. The apartment is true to the photos uploaded on the website. It is clean, fragrant, and in a convenient location, in a very quiet area. There is also a park just a short walk away if you want to take a walk. Apartment located in a very quiet condominium context, a few steps from Gessate metro stop. The house is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, you will also find something in the fridge for breakfast. The owner has been helpful and serious. I recommend it also for long stays.
