The property consists of three modern and cosy apartments, tastefully designed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. The furnishings stand out for their refined style, the use of quality fabrics and design solutions that make each space harmonious and functional.

The location is one of its strong points: a short walk from hospitals, very convenient for reaching the city centre, the railway station and the motorway entrance to Milan. It is an ideal base for exploring the wonderful Lombardy lakes: Como, Maggiore and Lugano. The main points of interest in Varese, such as the Giardini Estensi, historic villas, parks and art spaces, are within easy walking distance. There are also bars, restaurants, pastry shops and a laundrette in the surrounding area, in a quiet and well-served residential neighbourhood.

The flats have air conditioning, fibre optic Wi-Fi and nearby parking, some of which is free. Pets are welcome, and right behind the house is Villa Augusta Park, ideal for walks in the countryside.
