Air conditioning in every room, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine. Self check-in from 3: 00 pm at any time, with instructions and access codes sent the day before arrival. Check-out by 10: 00 am.

Second floor with lift (a few steps at the building entrance). Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants right downstairs, free street parking. Tourist rental: breakfast not included. External video surveillance covering the apartment entrance door.
