Description

Casa Sofia is situated 5 km from Bormio, in a quiet village that offers all the services you may need; two food stores and a butcher are located 50 meters from Casa Sofia and the newsagent, pharmacy and the tourist office are also within easy reach.

The house is located in a sunny area and is surrounded by fields with a pleasant view of our mountains. An enjoyable starting point for quiet walks in sunny meadows and shady forests.

The apartments are furnished in wood and decorated in country style with extreme attention to details, kitchens are fully equipped so you can make meals on your own.

Would you like to treat yourself a little bit? Enjoy our comfortable lounge: we serve a full mountain breakfast.

A large solarium with deck chairs, BBQ and games for children is available for our guests.

New Wellness Center with sauna and turkish bath (private SPA)

You can choose from our Breakfast Menus which include homemade cakes, mountain cured meats and cheeses, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit salad..and you will receive the tray directly in your apartment where you can enjoy breakfast safely and freely.

Special attention is given to those who are gluten intolerant with the selection and preparation of specific products.

Casa Sofia is a beautiful place to spend your holidays. It is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes from the center of Bormio. The accommodations are very clean and meticulously cared for. The owners Barbara and Mario are very friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. That's why we have returned for the 4th consecutive year. Additionally, there are mountain bikes and a beautiful wellness area available to customers for free. Upon reservation and for a fee, there is an excellent breakfast with local products and homemade cakes. A must try!

We spent 2 days in Valtellina and stayed at Casa Sofia, everything was perfect from the cleanliness, to the kindness and hospitality of the managers, excellent breakfast with delicious homemade cakes.

Very beautiful and welcoming structure, attention to detail, very clean and quiet. Very close to the center of Bormio, 5 minutes by car. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and high-quality cold cuts. Only negative point, not very comfortable sofa bed, but the lady told me that it will be replaced soon. I recommend Casa Sofia.

A beautiful and modern structure 5 minutes from the center of Bormio: excellent location for both skiers and those looking for tranquility away from the city center chaos. Spacious apartments, well-organized and very clean. The owners have always been very kind and helpful with every request. Only downside: walls a bit thin between one apartment and the other. Overall highly recommended!
