It is located on a very quiet street, steps from the Polytechnic University and the Milano Bovisa train station, which offers connections to Malpensa/Como Lago and other airports, as well as to various rail links. This convenient location allows quick access to the city's attractions, such as the Duomo, Sforza Castle, the Brera district, and the Navigli canals.
Nearby public transportation: Tram 2 to the Duomo, lines 90/91/92.
Supermarkets and essential shops are located nearby.
San Siro Stadium is a 5-minute drive away and 20 minutes by public transportation.

The property has great connections to both Milano Centrale and the city center. The one room apartment has a comfortable mattress and all the amenities I needed: pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, iron, hair dryer, towels, and even salt, various teas and other spices. We didn't need coffee or conventional breakfast but they were available too. It is located nearby the super-market Penny and on Wednesdays the market takes places a few streets away. Also a big and very well stocked Esselunga super-market is at a short walk away. The host is very genteel and helpful. We needed a late check-in and he was very kind to accommodate us. I highly recommend this place and intend to use it again when I'll go to Milano in the future!

Beautiful little house located in a well-served area and convenient for moving around anywhere in Milan. The house is nice, cozy, and has everything you need. The owners are kind and helpful! We will recommend Casa Ricotti to friends and family 100%!

Fantastic holiday home: one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony, perfect for a couple especially for the convenience thanks to the presence of all the essentials.
