Furnished with every comfort, they are located on Morandi Street, a 5-minute walk from the San Donato Milanese Polyclinic and near the ENI Headquarters.

Great location for those in need of medical assistance at the San Donato hospital but also for its proximity to the supermarket. Very kind and helpful manager; the facility is very clean and welcoming. It will remain an excellent point of reference for me in the future. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in two and it is very functional as a mini apartment. For those who have someone in the hospital in San Donato, it is perfect because it is only 10 minutes on foot. Supermarket and pharmacy are a few meters away, convenient since the apartment has a kitchenette. Mr. Massimo is very kind and helpful. We recommend it without doubts.

First of all, I would like to thank Massimo, the manager, for his availability and kindness in the welcome. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Another strength is the cooker and the supply of pots for quick meals.

Mr. Massimo is a kind and helpful person, the accommodation is in a convenient location with free parking and a supermarket a stone's throw from the building. Bus stops right outside the house. Apartment equipped with everything necessary for a stay. Wide range of kitchen utensils, including cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls, pans. Presence of a refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. They also provided me with bottles of water, jams, biscuits, and sugar sachets, in short, everything you need! Open space with kitchenette, bed, TV, and table. Comfortable bathroom with a very large shower and a balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet area, it is easy to find parking and there is a Carrefour supermarket within walking distance. Wonderful stay! I will definitely return.

Couldn’t recommend this Bed & Breakfast highly enough! The host was lovely and even came to pick us up when we missed the last bus. The room was spacious, modern, and well presented, as well as being very clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to Milan.

Everything perfect. Only flaw, when we arrived at the room after a long journey, there was no water to drink, so we were forced to go buy it at a nearby supermarket. The owner of the mini-apartment was friendly and helpful.

I had to go to the polyclinic. This property is very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the hospital. You can see it from the balcony at home, clean with all the comforts. Mr. Massimo and his son are very kind, I had a great time, we will come back. Thank you.

I stayed with my husband for just one night at La Casa del Sole, which is a whole apartment located on the first floor of a building in a fenced condominium complex with a closed entrance gate on the street. The property features an entrance with a dining area and a small living room with a sofa and TV, two bedrooms (one double with TV and spacious wardrobe, and one with two single beds), a well-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine), bathroom with shower, and a small terrace. It is very clean, meticulously maintained, with attention to details like separate waste collection (distinct bins and bags provided); bed linen and bath towels are provided. The heating system works great. It is VERY CLOSE to the Policlinico San Donato, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Suitable for even long stays, and for an entire family. Nearby there are shops, a pharmacy, a newsagent, a bar, and more. The manager, Mr. Max, is extremely kind and helpful, very professional in his approach. Despite my very short experience (fortunately the hospital stay was resolved quickly as expected), I highly recommend this property without any doubt, and I would definitely return if needed! I thank and warmly greet Mr. Max.

Signora, non condivido il suo giudizio sull'arredamento, che è molto più recente del periodo che indica lei. Penso che chiunque possa giudicare attraverso le foto del sito. Per il freddo, a fine settembre non ricordo temperature inferiori ai 22-23 gradi. Il problema poteva esserci nei giorni poco prima della metà di ottobre, dove in qualche giorno di questo pazzo clima le temperatura esterna è scesa di qualche grado. Gli impianti di riscaldamento a Milano non possono essere messi in esercizio prima del 15 ottobre, questo per legge. Dopo questa data la casa è riscaldata mediante i termosifoni. Capisco che non tutti gli ospiti possano essere soddisfatti di quanto messo a loro disposizione, i parametri di giudizio sono soggettivi. Io sono comunque soddisfatto di tutte le precedenti recensioni, che invito i visitatori di questo sito a leggere. Comunque i punti da lei sollevati rappresentano per noi uno stimolo per cercare di dare sempre il meglio possibile ai nostri ospiti.

We stayed in San Donato for a long time due to health complications of my mother that arose and luckily resolved, so we had to change accommodation several times during the 40 days of stay as we could not foresee and therefore plan in advance. I will not forget the extraordinary availability of Mr. Max every time we stayed in his facilities, equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home. Absolutely recommended as La Casa del Sole is very close to the polyclinic. In comparison with other facilities, it wins for proximity, comfort but above all for the humanity of the owner, which in contexts of this type represents the added value to minimize highly stressful situations. I must thank a lot for the availability and kindness of the owner Mr. Max. I stayed at Casa del Sole because Casa Maria was already booked. The structure is close to the San Donato Milanese Polyclinic and near Linate Airport. It is clean, all new, functional and with an excellent value for money. I recommend it and will keep it in mind for any other trips.
