Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in an ancient Milanese courtyard. The establishment is located 1 kilometer away from Luigi Sacco Milano Hospital and 2 kilometers away from the new IRCCS Galeazzi Orthopedic Institute Hospital. We also offer a car shuttle service (by prior arrangement).
Nearby, you will find the new Fiera Milano/Rho exhibition center, easily reachable in just 5 minutes by car. We are also only 2 blocks away from the prestigious International School of Milan. Furthermore, thanks to the proximity to the Ferrovie Nord, you can reach the center of Milan in just 15 minutes.
Free parking is available 50 meters from the establishment, but there is also a paid parking option on site.
Our rooms have private bathrooms. The entrance is independent, and we also offer free wifi, heating, freedom to return at night, and air conditioning. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer, internet access, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, an iron, and a set of towels, among other amenities.
Prices include room cleaning, linen change, and the tourist tax. Breakfast is not served, but every morning you will find a basket with everything you need for a good breakfast.
We accept cash or credit card payments upon arrival. Check-in is possible from 2: 30 PM to 11: 00 PM, and check-out is by 11: 00 AM.
Finally, but not least important, we emphasize that the strategic location of our establishment makes it easily accessible via the A8 Via Brunetti, A9 Fiera, and A8-A4 Viale Certosa highways.

I am Francesco Montenero, a guest of Mrs. Giovanna, the owner of this property from February 14th to 19th for a surgical intervention at Galeazzi. I can say, without fear of contradiction, that this has been one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have ever stayed at. Mrs. Giovanna, the owner of the Bed and Breakfast, has been unique to me in terms of reception, availability, courtesy, kindness, and education. It is a place I recommend to everyone. Ad maiora.

Good Bed and Breakfast to use as a base to quickly reach the various hospitals in the area and the Expo. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. They are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay (refrigerator, microwave, breakfast in the room, etc.). The hostess is caring and makes the customer feel comfortable. Price is really good.

Very clean apartment with every comfort, including the kitchen. Large and elegant bathroom. And most importantly, the owner of the establishment is very kind, ready to help if needed and super lively. Definitely to be considered when I return to Milan.

I stayed in these days on the occasion of the Salone del Mobile, strategic location, I was at the fair in 10 minutes. Very clean room with excellent private bathroom. Mrs. Giovanna was always available and kind whenever I needed her. Highly recommended.

La struttura è davvero molto carina e dà la sensazione, più che giustificata di essere in un posto sicuro e tranquillo, è vicina a negozi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e a fermate degli autobus per spostamenti più lunghi, pulita, con colazioni abbondanti e con un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, ma la cosa più importante è la grande disponibilità e cortesia dei suoi gestori, persone eccezionali sulle quali si può contare per qualunque esigenza. durante il mio soggiorno nel loro B&B, non certo per un motivo piacevole, mi sono trovata accanto non dei semplici gestori di una struttura ma una "famiglia", che mi ha aiutato tanto e, in questo mondo, che vive per i soli interessi economici e che non dà quasi più importanza a certi valori, credo sia importantissimo. Grazie Giovanna e grazie Ettore, siete fantastici.
