Descrizione

Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in an ancient Milanese courtyard. The establishment is located 1 kilometer away from Luigi Sacco Milano Hospital and 2 kilometers away from the new IRCCS Galeazzi Orthopedic Institute Hospital. We also offer a car shuttle service (by prior arrangement).

Nearby, you will find the new Fiera Milano/Rho exhibition center, easily reachable in just 5 minutes by car. We are also only 2 blocks away from the prestigious International School of Milan. Furthermore, thanks to the proximity to the Ferrovie Nord, you can reach the center of Milan in just 15 minutes.

Free parking is available 50 meters from the establishment, but there is also a paid parking option on site.

Our rooms have private bathrooms. The entrance is independent, and we also offer free wifi, heating, freedom to return at night, and air conditioning. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer, internet access, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, an iron, and a set of towels, among other amenities.

Prices include room cleaning, linen change, and the tourist tax. Breakfast is not served, but every morning you will find a basket with everything you need for a good breakfast.

We accept cash or credit card payments upon arrival. Check-in is possible from 2: 30 PM to 11: 00 PM, and check-out is by 11: 00 AM.

Finally, but not least important, we emphasize that the strategic location of our establishment makes it easily accessible via the A8 Via Brunetti, A9 Fiera, and A8-A4 Viale Certosa highways.

We stayed here for four days. The room is spacious, with a nice bathroom and, although it is close to the road, it is quiet. There is also the possibility to prepare your own breakfast and even a meal, if you wish. Mrs. Giovanna is really helpful. There is also the option to request a parking space inside the courtyard. The location is strategic for those who need to go to Galeazzi: by car it takes about ten minutes and no more, and it is also possible to walk there. With the same timings you can reach the M1 by car, so getting to the center is not difficult. I recommend it.

We were recently guests of Mrs. Giovanna and I can say, without a doubt, that this was one of the best bed and breakfasts I have ever stayed in. Giovanna was extremely welcoming and helpful: with great kindness she accompanied us both from the station to the B&B and to the Milano Fiera area. The property is located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from both Novate Milanese station and the Rho M1 metro, so very convenient especially for events in the Fiera area. A truly positive experience, highly recommended B&B. A heartfelt thanks to Giovanna from us.

We stayed one night for the Imagine Dragons concert. The place is beautiful, quiet with secured parking. The apartment is super clean and fragrant, everything is in super order. Mrs. Giovanna is very kind and nice. We will definitely return for more stays.

I stayed two nights with my mother, the room was clean and welcoming, Mrs. Giovanna was kind and helpful, the shuttle service to the Galeazzi hospital is really very useful for those who do not know the area. The hospital is very close to the B&B, heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, we will come back to visit her!

I am Francesco Montenero, a guest of Mrs. Giovanna, the owner of this property from February 14th to 19th for a surgical intervention at Galeazzi. I can say, without fear of contradiction, that this has been one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have ever stayed at. Good Bed and Breakfast to use as a base to quickly reach the various hospitals in the area and the Expo. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The structure is really very nice and gives the feeling, more than justified, of being in a safe and quiet place. It is close to shops easily reachable on foot and to bus stops for longer trips. It is clean, with abundant breakfasts and with a fair quality-price ratio. But the most important thing is the great availability and courtesy of its managers, exceptional people on whom you can rely for any need. During my stay at their B&B, certainly not for a pleasant reason, I found myself next to not just the managers of a structure but a 'family' that helped me a lot and, in this world that lives for economic interests alone and that almost no longer values certain values, I think it is very important. Thank you Giovanna and thank you Ettore, you are fantastic.
