This bright and modern 80 m² apartment is located on the third floor of a peaceful residential building in Corsico, which does not have an elevator. With a dual exposure and two small balconies, it receives natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and designed to provide maximum comfort, whether you're visiting for business or leisure. Among its unique features is a stunning 125-liter aquarium that adds a calming touch to the space, along with a 65” UHD 4K TV with smart ambient lighting that can be controlled via Alexa for a complete entertainment experience.
For those working remotely, there is a dedicated smart workspace equipped with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a 1 Gbps fiber internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and you will also find a washing machine, dryer, and all the essentials to make you feel at home. An ironing set, hairdryer, electric kettle, and alarm system are provided in the bathroom.
Two bicycles are available.
I welcome my guests with a welcome drink, care, availability, and discretion, offering a clean, functional, and cozy environment that is perfect for both short and long stays, always aiming to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of.
