Bars, pastry shops, and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the center, a 10-minute walk from the central train station, 2 minutes on foot from the Sobborghi train station, a 5-minute drive from Brianteo football stadium, 15 minutes on foot from the hospital and Zucchi clinic.
In the building, there is an elevator, bicycle parking, and a safety deposit box for check-in and checkout, although I like to personally welcome you.

Excellent house, small, clean, well-kept in detail, and equipped with everything. It is in a strategic position both to visit the center of Monza on foot and to take the train to go to Milan. It is also possible to reach supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, and the station on foot. Enrico is nice, very kind, and very helpful, he gives you perfect advice on things to visit. Comfortable and easily accessible structure, connected to many commercial services, the station and the center of Monza, easily reachable even on foot. Room well cleaned and complete with spare linens, with some products for personal hygiene and everything needed for basic needs. Very kind and helpful owner, ready to clarify any hypothetical doubt.
