The accommodation is located in a former convent of the year 1100, in the quiet pedestrian area of an ancient village, near the Naviglio Martesana canal and the Lambro Park, and it’s only a few steps from the Metro (green line - Crescenzago stop), the ring road Est and San Raffaele Hospital.
The Crescenzago neighbourhood is a former Milan City Hall, now incorporated in the city. In the past it was a holiday resort for the Milanese who built many villas along the canal Naviglio Martesana, close to Casa Berra.
Even today the village keeps the size of a cozy country living.
In the immediate vicinity you find precisely the Naviglio Martesana canal, Lambro, Adriano and Martesana parks and a cycle track 30 km long.
The accommodation consists of an independent apartment with bedroom (one double bed and a sofa bed full size), kitchen and bath room.
The apartment (with self-heating) is located on the first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is available.
The housing owners live in the same building and are always available for any need.

I have been working for twenty years at a cultural association located a few dozen meters from the Berra house in an old building overlooking the Naviglio Martesana.
I have been living in the Berra house for about 35 years. I moved to this place (previously I lived in a more central area of the city) because I fell in love with the welcoming and human atmosphere that characterizes it. It's nice to be part of the city without losing the beauty of the relationships with the people you meet every day.
I decided to rent this house to share the beauty of the place with others and give it value.
And to meet new people.

Beautiful apartment, clean, and historical. Short distance to the tram that is very easy to navigate. I stayed with two young kids and they loved the adventure of the apartment. The host was helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was well equipped, however, it was very noisy due to the airplanes. A microwave oven was missing and it would have been better if the apartment had a normal shower or a bigger bath. Parking in the neighborhood was challenging. The metro station, on the other hand, was not far from there.

Lovely, well-appointed apartment that is close to a Metro station (5-minute walk), which provides easy access to Milan city center. Nice quiet area, close to some great local restaurants (the pizza at La Curtis La Pizza is amazing and cheap) and also supermarkets.

The structure is beautiful. Everything very functional, the welcome was excellent, Mrs. Ferrara is very kind, helpful, an exceptional host. Nothing to report, indeed highly recommended.

Fully equipped apartment with comfortable sleeping for 5. The kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient access to the metro (Green Line, Crescenzago). The immediate surroundings are very nice. The apartment is situated in a very old structure with lots of character and friendly people. The only downside for us was the lack of a sofa/place to relax/sit. Would recommend!
