In the heart of Brianza, strategically located due to its excellent connections (both by road and rail) to the cities of Milan, Monza, Lecco, and Bergamo, Casa 71 is a detached house surrounded by the greenery of a vast and beautiful private garden, shared with the family's main villa.
The name Casa 71 refers firstly to its street number (71 Via Milano), but also to its origins dating back to the 1970s, just like its owners, with whom it shares a somewhat vintage style.
Casa 71, before being a guest accommodation, is a real home with its own history and personality, which is evident in the attention to detail; a home that welcomes those who are looking for a practical base, whether it be for a single night or an extended stay, and want to feel comfortable.
Guests, in fact, have their own secluded space for exclusive use, allowing them to enjoy autonomy and privacy while benefiting caring and discreet hospitality.
The house is spread over 3 floors (basement, first floor, attic).
The part designated for the B&B is on the first floor and consists of:
- a sleeping area comprising a double bedroom (with a double bed), a bathroom with a shower, and an adjacent single room, in case an additional bed is needed (ideal for a couple with one child).
- a living area comprising a well-furnished and relaxing lounge (with a table, two sofas, TV, and a bookshelf), a bathroom, and a large panoramic terrace where guests can enjoy the fresh air of the garden (and optionally smoke).
One of Casa 71's strengths is undoubtedly its large garden, which not only pleases the eye but also offers guests the opportunity to take walks among the tall trees (perhaps with their own dog); it also allows for secure parking near the house.

At CASA 71 the awakening is accompanied by a typical Italian sweet breakfast, with fresh milk and yogurt, the, juice, espresso, accompanied by cookies, cereals, bread and / or slices served with butter, jam and honey of local origin, as well as the "home sweet".
On request, salty breakfast is also available, enriched with boiled eggs, cheeses and genuine salumi of local origin.
Also on request, you can enjoy a good vegan breakfast, with milk / vegetable yogurt, whole grains, fresh and dry good quality fruit, and "cruelty-free" products.
Breakfast may be prepared and consumed by guests, using the available facilities (coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge).

If you are coming from the A4 (Turin-Venice), simply exit at Agrate and proceed towards Vimercate-Lecco, until you reach the Carnate-Lomagna roundabout.
The house is adjacent to the Pino Restaurant and is about 500 meters away from the Carnate Usmate station (easily reachable on foot), on the Milan-Lecco-Sondrio and Milan-Bergamo railway lines.

Lovely place surrounded by so much greenery. Great for relaxation. Mr. Marco is very kind, caring, helpful, ready to meet any need of his guests. The breakfast is excellent and abundant and the fresh gluten-free snacks were delightful. The cleaning service is impeccable and precise. Without a doubt, we will choose B&B Casa 71 a thousand more times. The welcome given to our big dogs without any additional cost is essential. 100 Top.

Che dire se non GRAZIE di cuore , e complimenti a voi per come sapete gestire due cagnoloni apparentemente molto impegnativi da portare in giro, ma in realtà educatissimi e puliti. Per il nostro B&B siete stati degli ospiti un po' inconsueti ma impeccabili, in generale molto graditi, un bell'esempio per tutti coloro che hanno degli animali, li considerano a tutti gli effetti parte della famiglia, e quando vanno in giro non esitano a portarli con sè. Ancora grazie e alla vostra prossima capatina in Brianza vi aspettiamo di nuovo tutti quanti qui da noi!

Congratulations for the cleanliness, for the attention to remake the beds, even though we had booked for only 3 nights. Bed and breakfasts are not used to provide this service. A special thanks to the very kind and caring owners. Abundant breakfast, also rare in city bed and breakfasts. If I were to return to Milan now I know where to book.

Posto incantevole, più che in un B&B ci si sente come a casa! La gentilezza e disponibilità del signor Marco, l'ambiente accogliente, la colazione abbondante, la pulizia e la cura della struttura sono i punti forti del B&B. Chi dovesse trovarsi da queste parti lo consiglio vivamente, non se ne pentirà.

Tranquilla ed accogliente, Casa 71 è ideale per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di relax in collina. La disponibilità e l'accoglienza dei proprietari sono il punto di forza della struttura. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Ambienti puliti e confortevoli, curati nei minimi dettagli. Soggiorno piacevolissimo e assolutamente da consigliare!
