In the heart of Brianza, strategically located due to its excellent connections (both by road and rail) to the cities of Milan, Monza, Lecco, and Bergamo, Casa 71 is a detached house surrounded by the greenery of a vast and beautiful private garden, shared with the family's main villa.
The name Casa 71 refers firstly to its street number (71 Via Milano), but also to its origins dating back to the 1970s, just like its owners, with whom it shares a somewhat vintage style.

The house is adjacent to the Pino Restaurant and is about 500 meters away from the Carnate Usmate station (easily reachable on foot), on the Milan-Lecco-Sondrio and Milan-Bergamo railway lines.

Lovely place surrounded by so much greenery. Great for relaxation. Mr. Marco is very kind, caring, helpful, ready to meet any need of his guests. The breakfast is excellent and abundant and the fresh gluten-free snacks were delightful. The cleaning service is impeccable and precise. Without a doubt, we will choose B&B Casa 71 a thousand more times. The welcome given to our big dogs without any additional cost is essential. 100 Top.

Che dire se non GRAZIE di cuore , e complimenti a voi per come sapete gestire due cagnoloni apparentemente molto impegnativi da portare in giro, ma in realtà educatissimi e puliti. Per il nostro B&B siete stati degli ospiti un po' inconsueti ma impeccabili, in generale molto graditi, un bell'esempio per tutti coloro che hanno degli animali, li considerano a tutti gli effetti parte della famiglia, e quando vanno in giro non esitano a portarli con sè. Ancora grazie e alla vostra prossima capatina in Brianza vi aspettiamo di nuovo tutti quanti qui da noi!

Congratulations for the cleanliness, for the attention to remake the beds, even though we had booked for only 3 nights. Bed and breakfasts are not used to provide this service. A special thanks to the very kind and caring owners. Abundant breakfast, also rare in city bed and breakfasts. If I were to return to Milan now I know where to book.
