Bright 40sqm 1-bedroom apt (2nd floor, no elevator) in a traditional 1900s Milanese "casa di ringhiera", fully renovated in 2023. An authentic piece of Milanese history with a modern soul.

ENTRANCE: Built-in wardrobe with laundry area and storage space; hallway with additional shelves for shoes, jackets, and a bookshelf.

LIVING AREA: Spacious modern kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, column fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric juicer, coffee machine, dishes, pots, and everything necessary for cooking; a table for 4 people, tv, double sofa bed, and a small balcony overlooking Viale Pasubio.

SLEEPING AREA: Bright master bedroom with walk-in closet, study corner, smart TV, and an antique fireplace (non-functional).

BATHROOM: Finished with typical Milanese "cementine" tiles to respect the tradition of the "casa di ringhiera", the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink with drawers, complemented by a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is located in a strategic position, in the heart of the innovative Porta Nuova-Garibaldi district, with its recent architectural masterpieces. The area is one of the most welcoming in the city due to the presence of the M2 and M5 subway lines, the Porta Garibaldi railway passageway, and the eponymous train station. The property is located directly in front of the Feltrinelli Foundation Palace, which also houses Microsoft and opens onto Piazza Xxv Aprile where you can find EATALY and the Smeraldo Theater, and from where Corso Como starts, a pedestrian street that is the heart of the nightlife and hosts the trendiest commercial brands including Corso Como 10 and the Carla Sozzani gallery. On the lower floor of the building, you will find the historic restaurant "Antica trattoria della Pesa," a multi-award-winning establishment offering typical Milanese cuisine. The apartment is very well located, not in the city center but very close to Porta Garibaldi train station and with many tram and metro lines nearby. It is a good size for a couple; everything is new: bathroom, kitchen, bedroom with a very good wardrobe, two TVs, and a bright balcony.
