Ca' Rezzonico, nice apartment on 70 sqm. located on the third floor of a building, a short walk from the town of San Fermo della Battaglia with her restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment is so composed: kitchen (completely furnished where it is possible to prepare meals), living room with Tv, master bedroom and the bathroom with tub/shoower and a little balcony.

Wi. Fi and parking at disposal
Ca Rezzonico offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

An ideal base for visiting the nearby town of Como (6 km) with his lake famous in all the world, near the city of Milano (about 40km), and Lugano (Switzerland)
The exit of the highway is 5 km near San Fermo della Battaglia as the train station.

If you love the nature, the Parco della Spina Verde is at your disposal with walking very nice.

Ca' Rezzonco is a good stop for your trip along our beautiful Italy.

I highly recommend it. The price is suitable for all families and very convenient. The apartment is very clean and welcoming,equipped with every comfort and furnished for every need. Alessandra and Angelo have been the most amazing hosts you can hope for! The place is very nice, cosy and warming, well connected to local transport to go to Como and Milan, there is plenty of parking and it's very close to local footpaths to explore local nature. It's very central and it's close to many amenities. It really felt like a "away-home" and we couldn't have asked for more.

We booked very last minute for a one-night stay on our way home. The response was very quick and Alessandra was waiting for us when we arrived and had the AC running. Check-in was very quick and easy. The apartment is very spacious and immaculately clean. Even though it was on a busy street, since the apartment faces the back, it was very quiet. We arrived late and asked if there were places where we could still get something to eat. She recommended a place and called to make sure we would still be getting served. Thanks to her, we had a delicious meal. We didn't eat breakfast, but everything was provided to have coffee, tea, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you, Alessandra!

Spacious and beautiful apartment, very quiet, where I immediately felt at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The hostess Alessandra is super friendly and helpful. San Fermo della Battaglia is an excellent starting point for trips to Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, with good infrastructure and transport connections. Overall highly recommended.

I made a reservation for friends and we were both really satisfied with the experience. The owner is extremely helpful, caring, and very kind. Ample parking and air conditioning available. Beautiful, neat, and very clean structure, nothing was missing. Very well-stocked breakfast with a wide selection. Highly recommended location. I have to give this review a rating of 10 just because there is no 100. Highly recommended location. Thank you.

The host, Alessandra, is a very helpful and kind lady. Her apartment is very spacious with a nice balcony with a view, nothing is missing and she is always very helpful for anything. She accepts pets and there is also parking available, and there is also air conditioning, in short, really nothing is missing. Congratulations Alessandra and thank you again.

Very welcoming structure, impeccable service in all aspects and especially located in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the highway exit and the train station. It is also strategically positioned for tourism both on Lake Como, which is 10 minutes away, and in other cities such as Chiasso, Lugano, Como which can be reached quickly on fast roads in a very reasonable time. I greatly appreciated the kindness, availability, and seriousness of Mrs. Alessandra, always ready to meet our requests. I recommend it to those who want to spend a period in serenity and peace.

Alessandra is really very kind and helpful. It was very easy to be in touch with her and to access the apartment. We felt a bit like locals living in this little town, which was a nice experience. It was good to have the air conditioning due to the heat. We highly recommend Alessandra's apartment and would come again.

Lovely apartment, it almost feels like being at home. Great location to reach Ca' Rezzonico in a few minutes, both by car and public transport. The host is fantastic, courtesy, availability, and professionalism are the characteristics that distinguish her.
