Our bed and breakfast is located in a hilly area surrounded by the peacefulness of the countryside, offering a panoramic view of the Brianza hills.
In a family-friendly environment, we have a ground floor room with a balcony and direct access to the garden, an exclusive external bathroom, TV, and free wifi.
Brianza Overview is halfway between the city and the mountains, approximately 30 km from Milan and 20 km from Monza, Lecco, and Como with its lake of the same name.
It is the ideal location for business trips, students (easily accessible to Milano-Bicocca University and "La Nostra Famiglia" in Bosisio Parini), motorcyclists (with a covered garage at their disposal), and those seeking peace and tranquility in close contact with nature.

Really all excellent, ideal for those who have the car mainly because well connected to the highway. The owners are adorable and very helpful, you can see that they do things with heart, I felt at home.

I recently stayed here, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The apartment is fantastic and brand new, it has all the comforts, the view is truly beautiful. The owners are delightful, they don't miss a thing, they are kind and caring. The highlight is the breakfast, very abundant and varied. We had a great time. Brianza Overview.

New and clean Bed and Breakfast, in a beautiful location even if not 'handy', but the delightful welcome of the managers is worth driving a few extra kilometers. Cristina and Luca, in fact, are welcoming, helpful, and truly pleasant! The breakfast is abundant and varied, the prices are competitive. Top. Luckily they are there!
