My name is Davide De Podestà and since 2012 I have been at the helm of B&B Botton d'Oro Due, a refined and relaxing hospitality service, as well as being the highest-rated establishment based on the testimonials of customers who have stayed within a 5 km radius of the Humanitas hospital.
As I mentioned, I have been in this profession since 2012 and I am also following in my mother's footsteps:
- My mother has been in this profession since 1998, but we will talk about that another time.
Besides doing this in life, I have also been a guest in a hotel and I can't deny that many times I have been disappointed as well.
I have also trusted the beautiful photos I saw on the web, only to be extremely disappointed when I saw the actual places where I was supposed to stay.
I have also found myself in a place without a car, not familiar with public transportation, and with no one from the hotel to pick me up after a visit.
But that's not all!
I have also chosen to stay in a place that was a few euros cheaper, only to find myself without towels.
From there, I understood one thing: nowadays, if I have to book a place to stay, I first read the testimonials of people who have been there before me, and then look at the photos.
But let's look at the glass half full, right?
Since every cloud has a silver lining, I have learned from these negative experiences to create a top-level service for my guests, considering that they are not staying with me for a visit to the "Milano da bere" but for health reasons.
So, my mission is to make the guest feel like they are "at a good friend's home".

Unfortunately, the structure did not meet our expectations at all. The biggest disappointment: breakfast. The photos that advertise the Botton d'Oro 2 and their description talk about a breakfast with cakes and brioches from a nearby pastry shop, with juices, coffee, and more, we didn't find any of that. Packaged brioches very old, the remnants of two cakes, also packaged, a sugar packet on the table. Cleaning at a minimum, mold in a corner of the room, bathroom with a blown light bulb, keys that only locked from the outside but not from the inside, we slept with the door open. The parking was there but not reserved, so if you arrive at 10:30 PM after an evening out in the city, if in the meantime all parking spaces have been taken, you stay without. In the morning, having parked outside the white lines, I also found a fine, considering where the Botton d'Oro 2 is located, I was very surprised that a patrol car bothered to give a fine inside a condominium parking lot. The only positive note: the lady who welcomed us very kind and helpful.

Perfect b&b in a green park environment. Very caring host David made sure that we had all we needed. Several restaurants on the border of a small lake at walking distance make that you can relax after a day city hopping in Milan. Thid place is mostly suitable if you travel by car. Parking lots in the residence.

Peccato che mi sia stato dato il bagno non in camera, per il resto non si può dire nulla, mi sembra un po' tantino 60 euro per dormire e una piccola colazione, il bagno secondo me sarebbe da rifarlo nuovo, comunque Davide è accogliente e simpatico.

Dall'altra parte, mi dispiace sotto un certo punto di vista leggere delle lamentele, frutto forse di un prezzo a TUO avviso inadeguato. Mi spiego meglio. Non voglio esser ripetitivo, ed inoltre non è carino fare un elenco puntato dell'ampia scelta (torta fatte in casa, marmellate ecc.) che offro nel mio B&B, per questo motivo, invito i nostri lettori a seguirmi su Facebook e Instagram dove giornalmente pubblico foto della " PICCOLA " colazione che metto a disposizione dei miei ospiti. Il bagno che tu rifaresti nuovo, oltre a essere recentemente ristrutturato ha delle piastrelle di Bisazza che mi viene da piangere al solo pensiero che tu le spaccheresti tutte per rifarlo da capo. Per quanto riguarda la tariffa (CONVENZIONATA HUMANITAS), posso solo risponderti che ho ricevuto altre testimonianze molto più positive della tua, da chi quella settimana (per l'evento mondiale di pattinaggio artistico) la camera l'ha pagata un prezzo ben più alto del tuo. Concludo invitandoti a tornare da me in futuro, anche se, dalla tua recensione penso che la mia struttura non sia economicamente la giusta soluzione per accontentare le tue aspettative. Siamo stati io e mio nonno soltanto una notte, per una visita all ' humanitas la mattina successiva. Ci tengo a scrivere che l'esperienza al Botton d'oro 2 è stata estremamente positiva, partendo dalla infinita gentilezza e cordialità della signora Silvia e di suo figlio Davide, fino ad arrivare alla posizione della struttura nel comune di Basiglio, circondata da un immenso parco verde ricco di alberi, natura e pace. Passeggiare li intorno è un vero piacere e motivo di serenità, soprattutto per le persone a cui piace stare a contatto con la natura. Colazione ricca e ottima, camera molto spaziosa e pulita, e trasferimento gratuito all'humanitas. Penso che di più non potevamo chiedere, quando dovrò tornare da quelle parti, sono sicuro che riconfermerò la mia scelta!

Ho trovato un posto molto pulito, ordinato e che faceva al caso mio per la vicinanza alla Clinica Humanitas dove avevo una visita ieri sera ed un prericovero stamani. Davide, il gestore, è stato di una gentilezza squisita, è venuto a prendermi e mi ha riportato alla Clinica. Consiglierei senz'altro questa struttura.

B&B immerso nel verde, senza traffico, proletario affabile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, camera pulita e con vista parco nel cui interno sono presenti supermercati e ristoranti. Nonostante stessi lì per motivi medici ricovero in dh presso l'humanitas di Rozzano. È stata quasi un'esperienza di svago più che medica. Grazie Davide e non Daniele come ti chiamava mio marito.

Ciao sono Mariella e volevo raccontarvi la mia esperienza. Pur essendo adulta non ho molto dimestichezza con viaggi e spostamenti. Il mio lavoro è vicino casa, le mie vacanze sempre comode in auto con mio marito, i viaggi di lavoro sempre in compagnia delle colleghe. Quando mia madre ha avuto la necessità di ricoverarsi all'Humanitas per un intervento mi è venuto il panico..e non solo per lo stress sanitario. Il mio papà è anziano, i miei fratelli hanno impegni di lavoro più vincolanti, con figli più piccoli dei miei, chi poteva accompagnare mamma in quest'avventura? Io, la più grande, con i figli più autonomi, con un lavoro che consente di consumare ferie non solo nelle festività o nella stagione estiva. Il panico totale. Devo ammettere che non so muovermi in una grande città da sola e questo aveva l'aggravante di mia madre che poverina non riusciva nemmeno a trascinare la sua valigia per ipofunzionalità di entrambe le braccia. Mia sorella ha cominciato a cercare una sistemazione alberghiera che fosse nelle vicinanze dell'ospedale per evitarmi lo stress degli spostamenti. La ricerca si è fermata quando ha incontrato telefonicamente la voce di Davide che ha accolto tutte le problematiche esposte risolvendo con tatto e serenità ciascuna di esse. Alla stazione di Milano ho trovato un bel ragazzo gentile, educato e discreto che ci ha accolto con un bel sorriso e condotto con la sua auto fino al Botton D'oro Due. Il BB è immerso in un bellissimo parco rilassante, la camera comoda e attrezzata, grande cura anche dei piccoli particolari.. La disponibilità e la discrezione di Davide e Veronica è veramente squisita. Davide mi accompagnava e veniva a prendermi in ospedale anche assecondando gli orari quando è stato necessario. Quello che mi ha colpito molto e che sinceramente non mi aspettavo è stata la loro vicinanza emotiva. Veramente speciali... grazie ragazzi meritate tanta fortuna!

Veramente un posticino carino e curato immerso nella tranquillità che mi ha permesso di andare a trovare facilmente un caro amico paziente all'humanitas di rozzano. I proprietari sono persone fantastiche che sono venuti incontro alle mie esigenza. Sicuramente un posto da consigliare a tutti.
