B&B Borgo dei Duchi welcomes guests to an elegant period building, where spacious rooms and refined décor create a regal atmosphere. The entire property extends over two floors: the ground floor houses the well-maintained and functional breakfast room, complete with key-operated refrigerators, one for each room. Breakfast is usually provided by hosts Laura or Fabrizio, or by other family members certified in accordance with HACCP regulations. We'll help you operate the coffee machine or milk frother for a "barista-style" cappuccino. We'll bring freshly sliced ??cured meats to your table upon request. We can also prepare scrambled eggs upon request.
Throughout the day, guests are free to use the microwave and refrigerators to heat or store their personal food and beverages. Common areas include a lounge with comfortable sofas and a large wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing moments. Outside, a well-equipped courtyard allows for outdoor breakfast during pleasant weather, while a hot tub with sun loungers provides a private wellness retreat.
The Perla room, the Quadruple, as well as the Sapphire room, the Triple, HAVE BRAND NEW BATHROOMS INSIDE THE ROOM with cutting-edge, refined and quality amenities in harmony with the structure.
The property also offers four independent, covered, secure parking spaces, suitable for large vehicles such as campers or trailers. Access is via an automated gate. There is also a closed, covered area suitable for pets. The manager and assistant are trained and certified in the use of a defibrillator and cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques, ensuring a completely safe stay.

Leonardo and Laura, the mother, but also Fabrizio, the father, collaborate to manage this splendid residence in the lands of the Gonzaga. Laura speaks fluent English, Fabrizio is specialized in solving all technical problems and is also available for transportation; Leonardo, an Architecture student is the one who planned the spaces and furnishings. As assistants there are the brother Ludovico who speaks fluent French and English.
