This review is about Liberty House: excellent apartment. Good location (close to public transport and in a quiet part of the city), easy check-in and check-out, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The only downside was the lack of Wi‑Fi, but it was not a big problem for us. Eva is a great host and I would stay in one of her properties again.

I was amazed by my stay at Bocconi House. The apartment is close to everything you need: it is within walking distance of many interesting places in Milan, bars and restaurants. Eva is friendly and welcoming. Throughout the whole stay I felt like I was at a friend's home. If I had any problems, I could reach Eva and she would help me. I totally recommend this place.

I stayed in this facility for a weekend. Everything was perfect, except that 1) it was not what you see in the pictures, it was actually located on another street in Porta Romana; 2) the cleaning staff entered while I was in the apartment during check-out. Other than that, great location (Porta Romana indeed) and clean apartment equipped with all comforts.

I found a very comfortable apartment, well equipped with all services and amenities, clean, very nice. You access it through the balcony of the inner courtyard of the building (type of classic corridor houses, very beautiful). Although there was no bed but a sofa bed, it was really very comfortable. The location is excellent, strategic, central, very close to the Navigli and all the historic center reachable on foot, and also close to the nightclubs (Magazzini Generali). Exceptional value for money, unique for a city like Milan and in such a central area. Self Check-In is very convenient and well explained by the host. One piece of advice for the platform (not regarding the host) is to update the cost of the tourist tax (which was lower than the current one).

Good morning, the property is located in an optimal position, close to the Navigli, near Bocconi University, restaurants, and shops. Inside, the structure is very nice with a bit of dust under the carpet and on the furniture, but overall sufficient. Unfortunately, the negative note would be the tourist tax, which on the website is 27 euros but the manager wanted 50 euros, explaining to me that the website had not been updated to reflect the increase in the tax.

Convenient mini apartment consisting of a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom, located on Via Custodi, just steps from the Navigli and the main tram stops. The streets around are full of bars, shops, and supermarkets. The space is sufficient for two people; we adapted very well as three with an 11-year-old girl. Equipped with all comforts: heating, air conditioning, iron, kitchen with dishwasher and all accessories for meal preparation, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Spacious wardrobe, iron, and vacuum cleaner available. Well-done bathroom with window and very large shower area. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are present. Communication was pleasant; Mrs. Eva responds quickly to every question and made access easy thanks to the information provided, even for those like us visiting Milan for the first time.

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that it was not the one I had rented. They changed it without telling me anything and since I had chosen it precisely because it was close to the place I had to visit, the one they actually gave me being farther away bothered me a little. Everything else was fine.

Nel forno ho trovato cibo abbandonato da chi sa chi. Questo è un segno di scarsa attenzione alle pulizie tra un cliente e l'altro. Il letto ha due materassi singoli con più anni della Repubblica. I pavimenti sono imbrattati da precedenti coloriture. Il set di asciugamani sembra da zingari. La descrizione sul sito evidenzia le seguenti disponibilità: Televisione? Non ci sono nemmeno le prese. Fuga romantica? Se ci portassi una donna, mi lascerebbe immediatamente. Per affari? Forse per il terzo mondo. Per famiglia? Con un solo letto! La connessione a internet è scarsa. Non ci sono forchette, coltelli, cucchiai. Colazione inclusa? Non c'è nemmeno un biscotto. La doccia e le piastrelle sono sporche, con bottigliette di plastica contenenti rimanenze di saponi liquidi. Fino all'una di notte gli inquilini dell'appartamento a fianco fanno chiasso, probabilmente studenti universitari. Alle cinque del mattino si percepisce rumore intenso per 30/40 minuti. La proprietaria non mi ha rilasciato nessuna fattura e non l'ho nemmeno incontrata. In 64 anni di vita ho girato tantissimi B&B, case vacanze ed hotel, ma una vergogna del genere non mi era mai capitata. Meno male che è a Milano. In Albania ci sono resort sul mare a 30 € a notte. Non lo consiglio e manterrò le distanze qualora dovessi ritornare a Milano. Ho foto da allegare nel caso.

Mi dispiace molto per il disguido della tv, effettivamente non è ancora stata installata. Per il resto delle sue critiche mi trovo totalmente in disaccordo, si tratta di un palazzo d’epoca e il pavimento ha tracce di vecchie colorazioni perché è stata una volontà mantenerle dettata da una scelta estetica. Ma evidentemente abbiamo gusti e sensibilità diverse. Le boccette lasciate nella doccia vengono sempre riempite da me ad ogni check-out, per poter offrire un servizio agli ospiti. I materassi sono singoli per scelta ma nuovi! Per cui la invito a fare maggiore attenzione quando fa queste analisi e critiche strampalate. Le consiglio di andare in albergo, se riesce a trovare una camera a 60 euro, tutto incluso, imposte di soggiorno comprese…
