This one-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated in 2020 and offers the utmost comfort during your stay, whether you're here for a short period or a longer one. Located in the center of Rho, you can easily access all the city's offerings. It's easily reachable from the train station in a few minutes' walk and offers numerous parking spaces nearby, making it an ideal solution for families or people on a business trip, both for the Fair and for the city of Milan.

There are two stay options at different rates: "RESIDENCE," with the entire 80-square-meter one-bedroom apartment at your disposal, and "Suite," with a spacious 36-square-meter double bedroom with independent entrance and private bathroom. The choice between the two solutions excludes the other, guaranteeing the exclusivity of the structure's reservation for you and ensuring maximum privacy and confidentiality. You can choose the rate that best suits your needs.

This is the second time we are guests of the property and we will definitely return. We are a family of 4 people plus a poodle. For us, the ideal apartment, comfortable, clean and well furnished with all the comforts. Perfect location, practically on the main street of Rho. Excellent.

Room and bathroom spacious, clean, and welcoming. Central but quiet location, kind host. Good price. One note: it's called bed and breakfast but there is no breakfast, maybe it should just be called room.

Excellent bed and breakfast in the center of Rho, recently renovated with a spacious room, large bed and large bathroom. We were comfortable to visit the fair reachable in a few minutes by train. We will definitely return.

The structure is very welcoming and clean, right in the center of Rho, with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Even though it is in the center, it is located in a very quiet area. It is very easy to reach the station, just a few meters away, to get to Rho Fiera. Mirko, the owner, is an extremely kind person. We arrived very late at the structure, but without any problem, he guided us to check-in. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return.

House complete with everything: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Everything perfectly clean and tidy, on the second floor of a typical Milanese building. Quiet and well-furnished, excellent accommodation near the Rho Fair.

This structure is one of the best I have stayed in the last 10 years. The cleanliness is impeccable and the design is spectacular - both the floor and the ceiling are a great touch of class. Excellent, everything as in the pictures. We found water and drinks in the fridge, along with a coffee machine and pods. Everything for a stay like at home. Apartment on the 2nd floor in the courtyard. Recommended.
