Welcome to B&B Humana, your home away from home. The strengths of our establishment are its close proximity to the Humanitas Clinical Institute (100 meters) and the Assago Forum, where numerous events and concerts take place. It is also conveniently located for reaching the center of Milan.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. They are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV.

The facility provides bed linen and towels. The staff of this establishment offers courtesy and a warm welcome, providing each guest with useful advice on local services and must-see attractions throughout their stay.

We also have 65 sqm one-bedroom apartments, finely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a sofa bed, a washing machine, and an iron.

Lovely structure, clean and very close to the Humanitas hospital, very nice, welcoming, and kind manager. We were there to be close to my mom who was hospitalized at Humanitas, and it was very convenient for us.

Great location if you need to access the Humanitas hospital, you can walk there in just a few minutes. The room was tidy and very clean, bathroom included. The spaces were a bit small, the furniture was ordinary but well maintained. Access is through a shared hallway with other rented rooms. I had booked a triple room but stayed in a double, which was suitable for our needs overall. The room is located in a condominium and adjacent to an apartment where, on the second night, a party among young people took place and lasted until 3 in the morning, so tranquility is not guaranteed. The hosts were kind and very helpful.

Positive experience for the availability and kindness of the owner who, for the care of the B&B Humana, makes you feel at home with keys in hand. A bright and spacious studio located on the 3rd floor, well equipped and clean for the comfort of guests, spacious wardrobe, mini fridge, TV and Hifi. A nice bright bathroom, equipped with everything and above all clean. This B&B is close not only to the Humanitas, but there are family and cheap trattorias and pizzerias, Shopping Centers and various bistros where they serve excellent breakfasts and meals. Definitely recommended.

Functional, very cozy and clean apartment. The only thing to review are the mattresses, a bit too soft, and for a longer stay it would be ideal to be able to use an oven, because there are only two induction hobs, but otherwise everything is perfect. The landlady has always been very caring and attentive.

One-night stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a kind lady who made herself available for various information! Very comfortable and clean room, including free wifi, TV, and fan. The breakfast was abundant, with a decent selection. All set in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park. I recommend it.

Well connected by public transport in all directions, both towards the center of Milan and to the various shopping centers located in the Interland. Pleasant stay in a family environment without any issues. Very kind and always available staff. An added value not to be underestimated is the free shuttle service to and from Humanitas clinic and Linate airport. The only downside is the lack of POS for payments. I would certainly recommend it.

Having to assist a family member who would undergo surgery at the Humanitas Clinical Institute, we decided to stay at the property of the very kind Mr. Massimo. We were offered to stay in a two-room apartment located in Milano 3, about 1 km away from the hospital, easily reachable by private car, public transport, and even on foot. The two-room apartment is furnished in a modern style, meticulously cared for in every detail and equipped with every comfort. Very clean and quiet, we would say an excellent choice for those who have our same need. In addition to the objective beauty and comfort of the property, the highlight was undoubtedly the kindness, professionalism, and maximum availability shown to us by the owner, a person always present and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. I highly recommend it. I thank Mr. Massimo again.
